Have used American muscle for a while, only real complaint is the website bugs out sometimes and at-least for me whenever i click on an item it automatically adds it to the cart sometimes in quantities of 1-5, which could cause unwanted purchases and its just a bit annoying. Also this is my second time ordering brake pads from here, and the packaging has come a little damaged both times with the grease bag exploded all over the box. Its not a big deal, pads and hardware look to be in good condition but just something to note.

I don't like the fact that I don't do the packing and shipping. They do of course. It's coming TO me. Yet they want me to be responsible for the quality of their packing and shipping and the reliability of the company they use to ship it. At the end of the sale they ask if I want to BUY insurance to ensure the package they are mailing to me arrives safely. I always insure packages that I am SENDING. It's the senders item until it's in the receivers possession. Just another way to fleece consumers.

I have been buying things for my 2012 Mustang GT for a couple years now via American muscle and I have never been disappointed With their customer service! The only time I have ever had issues was not with the company self, but with the actual products from the companies that produced them, but other than that, they have always been there for me, and either a replaced or be refunded the full value, and I love it
Always find such great deals, very very helpful staff, and the tools to find what fits is so easy! Always recommend these guys
Nothing good except the site of nice-looking parts. Don't be fooled! Had a issue with every single thing i've gotten there and finally feed up after terrible customer services on three seperate communications.

American Muscle did a great job on these lights. They look great, so much better than factory. It was extremely fast and simple to replace them, just as easy as changing a burnt out bulb, and they were very affordable.
