The original order had a delivery date of 11/27. It's now 12/04 and it hasn't arrived. The last tracking status simply shows delayed.
I received a notification from AM that my order was shipped with a tracking number attached.
So I looked up my tracking number to look at the estimated delivery date only to read that the tracking number was canceled.
I then emailed an AM csr but no response was sent within a 48 hour timeframe so I called and spoke to a representative only to be told the what I already knew that it had been cancelled however I did receive an explanation when asked "WHY" was it cancelled only to get the response of I'm not sure. Certainly not the response anyone wants to hear especially before I placed my order I always check the items availability which showed in stock.
I asked that my order be cancelled because I needed this item quickly especially with no one knowing why it was cancelled. I was told they would contact me back after contacting the supplier. So I was contacted with more confusion b/c the supplier had no answer as to why or if the item was back ordered but I was also told the order couldn't be cancelled or a refund to me because of no one having any idea of where or what was going on with my order.
After getting NO where with the status of my order of it being shipped or lost in space I placed an order with a different supplier.
If this wasn't bad enough I received a notice that my order had been delivered this being the day after speaking with an AM rep. I checked when arriving home with NO package in sight! I looked at the calendar to see if it was April fools day or ground hog day but that wasn't the case. I was then sent a picture showing the package at a front door however it wasn't my house so now I have to go through the carrier performing an investigation. Totally Ridiculous that I have to go through this I mean really.
Last time I'll ever purchase anything from AM!

Item was a Christmas Gift for my son. It was showing in stock when I ordered and the I was notified it was out of stock. Item showed up a short while later. AM was very communicative and helpful.
Package was received damaged but it's a Christmas gift so it hasn't been opened yet. Hopefully everything is there and undamaged.

I wanted to buy a new exhaust catback for a 2015 v6 convertible when i found out that the Borla Atak is not available for the v6 convertible i called and asked to change my order before it shipped the tech said all i need is minor modifications to install it. THAT IS NOT IN FACT THE CASE! Next time allow the person buying the opportunity to buy something that actually fits their car. But yeah they gave me 10$s for the inconvenience and said couldnt return it. Such a joke. But as far as the product it self it fine.

The rear muffler delete pipes were fine, instructions not worth looking at. The mid muffler pipes wouldn't line up right. The passenger side wasn't to bad and I was able to get it to work. The driver side was not bent right or something, I couldn't get it to go on, I even beat on it pretty hard. The clamps on both kits are terrible, torqued on them with an impact and the still move. Maybe it's me, I don't know, but I'm not happy with the parts.

I had returned a lip spoiler that I didn't need because I had changed my mind. This was ordered in August and I returned it around the end of September or beginning of October. They received it October 31st. They insist on store credit instead of a refund. I understand they have certain requirements on returns, but if the customer is not interested in and is never going to use the store credit, they should be refunded the money. They are saying the RMA, (whatever that is) is too old. It was never explained to me what a RMA is. Used to be the customer was number one, and pleased customers would always return. Well, I'm completely displeased. And I guess it doesn't matter to them. The money is going to waste and the credit will never be used because I have no reason for using it. I was very friendly and respectful on the live chat I had and on the phone with a representative. Explained my issue and never ended up getting it resolved. American Muscle, you have lost a customer, and I will never shop with your company again! I just want a refund of the money back to the original method of payment! No store credit that I will NEVER use! Just give me a refund! In fact, do better and respect and understand your customer's needs. If they would rather have a refund instead of store credit, then honor their request and wishes. What if they have no reason for the store credit and would rather have a refund? Did that thought ever come across to you? I guess not. Anyway, I would like a refund, NOT store credit.

I bought the item and received it on time. I really enjoyed how easy it was to purchase the item and their transparency on when I would be receiving the package.
My experience has been terrible. The 1st product ordered, now being returned, looked as it was a used and was a previously returned item. The second item ordered is not what was shown on the website. It too will be returned.
