Have only ordered a spoiler for my mustang but it was such a great experience and it arrived so quickly, when it did everything was in perfect condition and no damage at all, very satisfied.
I spoke with a sales person before purchasing a tuner. Received my product, they suggested, and it wasn't like seen online. No wifi and gauge/data log for my car. Called back, spoke to a tune professional to exchange for a tuner that can. I will see when I get it. I'm a little upset they are charging me $23 when the tuners at the time I purchased were a $2 difference.

We bought louvers for our mustang in December. We live in Wisconsin so the car wasn't driven till this week. March 14. I was going down the interstate at y5 miles per hour and the $#*! tape they sent us for attaching the unit to the car gave way, did not hold, and the unit goes off the car. The company said well,it's past thirty days to bad they didn't even want to discuss this. THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND ARE VERY RUDE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

While it's frustrating to receive an incomplete product, AM offered a generous amount of store credit to compensate for the state of the exhaust. Installation marks were expected, but the welds from the exhaust tips weren't ground down and several clamps were missing.
I'm still happy with the product overall, but it's annoying to receive a product labeled "open box" when it should be labeled "damaged, will require hardware or minor repair before use"
