So far American muscle has some of the best deals, there are very few items I can't get shipped to me but all in all the products come when expected and to the quality that's stated.
Well I placed an order on the 2nd. Today is the 12th post office seems to be misplacing it everywhere it lands. I contacted AM, they took 24 hours to get back to me, then they said, keep waiting and contact us in 48 hours. Poor customer service from post office and AM. I may not make the deadline for this car because no one that took my money for parts cares. Thanks AM!

What i was looking for was easy to find on your website.
Free shipping is not free why have it listed as free when it cost you $25 for oversized shipping. Very deceiving. Should say any oversized box (given dimensions) does not qualify for free shipping and a small fee will be applied to your purchase. Next page will give the fee like you currently have set up. Finally, your forced into spending another $6 to guarantee you get your purchase, resolve lost or broken merchandise instantly, etc. Shouldn't this be given when dealing with AM Muscle that you will ensure the customer gets their purchase. I couldn't find the right brake pads for my car because I ordered the Powerstop Big Front brake package. The American Muscle sales team worked on the issue with me and I was able to get those as well as the suspension set up I needed. Thank you AM team.
