I ordered a $6,300 Pro-Charger and it has been the worst experience ever. All I get from this company is Oh, we just sell it, we can not give you any information about your order or the product, you will have to call Pro-Charger direct. I have bought many items over the years, but will never by another item from this company. My order has been delayed many times due to questions that should have been asked when I ordered the item. I keep getting emails and phone calls saying my order has been delayed again, until they get more info from me. I have spent hours on the phone with them, trying to get in touch with someone. When I do get in touch with someone, I have the wrong person and the put me back into the start of the automated call instead of sending me directly to the department I need. I finally got tired of going back to the start and asked them to transfer me directly to department I need to talk to, and they did it, but I had to ask for them to do it. Very poor customer service. This is the worst experience I have ever had, especially when I have spent over $6,000. I do not recommend anyone ordering a Pro-Charger from American Muscle because they are simply a middleman. They do not know anything about Pro-Charger, how long it will take to ship, no product information what-so-ever other than what you can look up yourself online, no tech. Support at all, they simply refer you to Pro-Charger. So why order from American Muscle when all they do is refer you to Pro-Charger for everything, and they are making money off you, to simply refer you to Pro-Charger for all the information.
All items ordered were shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately it will be a few months before they are on the car.i

I purchased a Bama sport tune for my 3.7L Mustang. The ordering process was detailed but easy. The device arrived in 3 days, and was easy to download my custom tune and just as easy to upload the new program into my Mustang. The new exhaust note sounded great and aggressive shifting was also much better than stock.
Quick response had a question on my part and fittment for my 2011 mustang GT. The support analysis quickly looked it up and verified proper fitment.
Part came incorrect. I ordered a diffuser and they delivered side skirts instead.

Ordering was easy and I received my louvers 10 day's sooner than expected. I haven't installed them yet but I checked to see if any damage had occurred during shipping but all was great as they are packed extremely well with bubble wrap! Love the louvers!
I ordered headlights. They are sharp looking. Install was easy after customer service directed me to the proper installation guide.
The only complaint I have is that I have to replace a bulb already. I can't really say if it's a defect or instalation error.
The stripes i purchased were open box but not used. When i attempted to install the stripes the release tape would not release from the decal. It took so much force to remove the release tape that i ruined the decal.

I removed my stock grill and installed the blank grill you sent me so that I could install the Cobra emblem. There is an open gap exposing the holes from the factory grill. There should be some kind of cover piece with this product

I'm in san diego California and placed my order friday afternoon may 10 got it may 14 which was 1-2 days earlier than expected. I got the part installed on may 17 around 8am mechanic was done by 10am and it cost me $450.

Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
