Shipping is expensive! American Muscle should have a combination amount for a certain purchase amount for FREE Shipping. Other than that, Good Products! :)

It's a good thing I have a lot of tools and hardware around my shop. Wrong and missing hardware and misleading instructions made assembly a pain. Managed to get it together with my hardware. I've never had ANY issues with American Muscle in the past and certainly don't expect any in future. Will continue to deal with AM.

As with most online parts stores navigating the website for a specific part can be challenging. I certainly understand that as the breadth of stuff is wide. Good search tools help a lot. I ordered the incorrect part and did not realize that there was a "no return" policy. Guess I will need to pay closer attention to the return policy next time.

The mount for the internal moto does not fit. It states it will fit factory motors but it is too small. So now I have to buy a new motor or different mirror with larger mount. Not what I expected to have to do for the price.

A few weeks back i ordered a cold air intake for my 2019 mustang gt unfortunatly it didnt fit. So i called customer service and they made it easy to return. My next move was to re order the cold air intake. After watching sara install one i wrote down the part number. And looked it up in my catalog. Next i got on the phone to order and i met brad. This guy is friendly knowledable and knows his business. I have his number in the catalog and he is my go to guy from now on. If i run across any one else looking for parts he is the one i will refer to. You guys have one hell of a great employee there. His ext is 1567 i hope you share this email with him.

Installation time says 15 minutes, brake and clutch pedal covers are a real challenge putting them on. Had tried hot water but no success, used a lil bit of Vaseline around the edges and finally got em on. Looks good after my struggle
Items was and is still listed as "in stock" on your website, but according to customer service is on backorder with the supplier. I order in April, American Muscle charged my credit card in April, but product ship date keeps bumping and is now expected to ship July. But I get emails from American Muscle asking me if i received the product(don't they know it didn't ship?)... i don't respect companies that take people's money before fulfilling the order.
