Except for once, I've had a good experience. It has been a relatively easy experience to buy things and install the items
Less than one hour to remove and replace the alternator and change the pulley. Instructions and video were spot on.

I ordered a set of headlights for my 2015 Camaro ss, I received the delivery on time but it was the wrong product in the box. Called customer service submitted pics three business days later I had a label to ship them back. 10 days later I receive my replacement headlights and they sent the exact same wrong ones. Now I have to start the process all over and wait another 10 or so days to hopefully receive the correct parts. I will say the customer service people are friendly and try to help but are unwilling to go ahead and ship out my replacements even though my car is in the paint shop waiting on headlights for almost a month.
Install both the radiator overflow tank cover and the Master brake reservoir cover in under 15 minutes. No velcro attachments sent with the brake reservoir cover but I had some kicking around. Nice to hide the plastic bottles.

Parts looked nice BUT, somehow the blue protective plastic wrap glued itself to the passenger headlight on the outside bottom corner. Ruined the appearance of the forementioned headlight

They advertise a red logo on black carpet so I punchased a red trunk quite ride separator with a red c5 emblem to match the trunk lid when I got the trunk lid it was silver c5 emblem and the don't sell the one with the red emblem the one they are advertising they dont sell so now I'm stuck with 2 different color emblems right on top of each other
