After what felt like an eternity of trying to shop various stores both online and brick and mortar I came across the 4th of July sale. Still unsure if this fantastic deal was too good to be true I called the customer service number and was connected with Erik K. Not only was he super knowledgeable and down to earth, he was incredibly friendly but not to that over saccharine flaw that some salesmen will resort to push a sale. He understood my concerns, answered my questions and helped to confirm I had the best product and best fit for my car all while coming in with a fantastic price that only American muscle could have provided. As of this review I have only placed the order and been notified of its fulfillment so I do not have the products in hand to weigh in on things like quality or packaging but up to this point, I really don't think I could be happier with the process. Give this man a raise!

In regards to the ring and pinion gears I ordered (ord# 19-*******), I placed both the 3.73 and 4.10 in my cart and did some research. Once I realized which set I wanted, I deleted the other before ordering. Not sure why but I deleted the wrong set, leading me to order the wrong set. The order was placed around 4pm. I didn't realize until I reviewed the order around 9pm. I spoke to a service at 8:30 the following morning, looking to make the change to the order. I thought where the order was placed later in the day and I contacted service first thing in the morning, it wouldn't be a problem. Much to my surprise, I was told the order was already locked and I couldn't make the change. That's a little too efficient guys. Lol. Kudos for the fast processing times, seriously but come on! I have to wait for delivery, return, processing, and another shipment of time. Yes, it's my screw up and I'm kicking myself for it but could you at least wait 12hrs before lock and load? Especially overnight? I appreciate the $20 voucher for the inconvenience but I would've preferred the ability to make a change to my order in such a short time span.
Anyway, that's the reason for the 4 star review. Overall experience was great. The review and install videos are very informative and helped me make my final decisions. And of course, processing time are... Ridiculously fast. Lol.

Quick shipping, good customer service. But parts I got were defective. I know it is not AM fault, but now I have to return them for exchange. Problem is I do not have a printer for return label and nearest FedEx I can go to for them to ship It with QR code is 45 minute drive. So my birthday present I won't have until probably a week after my birthday. I wish AM had another way of shipping returned items.

Wish you carried flat black carbon fiber interior trim products. All i see is red. I have a 2022 challenger TA 392 with carbon fiber radio and speed cluster. Came with the car. Respectfully

My order was late and they would not do anything about it. I will not be buying anything from them again. Poor customer service with shady people.
When I ordered it there was delivery date on the website and when I told them about it they said it was an estimate.
Ordered sill plates that stated that you get 2 sets. I only recieved one set. Still waiting on a reply from you guys about what happened.
