It was very quick and easy to deliver an e-gift card to my husband for his birthday.

I was waiting for my order, when I called and was told that it had not shipped yet from the manufacturer and that it might be back ordered. I was advised to cancel and reorder a similar product, which I did. A few days later both items arrived. I called and explained my situation. I was told to return the second item. I was told I would receive an email that would give me instructions for the return. After not receiving any email for 6-hours I called again and went through the same exercise and was again told I would receive an email within 5-10 minutes with instructions for the return. Now four hours later I still have not received an email. I have spent well over $10,000 with American Muscle over the years and I am not happy.

I've never had an issue before with purchasing items from this website. Later on some sort of event happened and the banned my account and I contacted customer service and they basically told me there's nothing they can do along with not disclosing what exactly happened with my account... but they sure did take my money on "hold" for an account that's supposedly "permently banned". None of my questions were answered and nothing was resolved and so I took my talents to CJ pony parts and I got exactly what I ordered. I've been dealing with PBH, Lethal Performance, Summit racing, beefcakeracing, Lund tuning and never had an issue... and I'm talking about years worth of flawless business. All I wanted was an answer to my question

This is the last time I will ever spend another dime of my hard earned money with this company absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Purchased two wheels after spending time chatting with your "so called" tire/wheel specialist to verify the Forge Star 92 Drag Star 18 x 5 would fit my 2019 Dodge SRT Hellcat Challenger I was assured the would fit more than once by this "specialist'.
The order shipped however 3 days later I only received one wheel the other was lost by FedEx. When reaching out to customer service I was informed even though they confirmed with FedEx the package was lost that they wouldn't ship a replacement immediately but had to wait 3 more days which is unacceptable. It's not the customers fault your company had an issue with the shipper. Then it gets worse I test fit the one wheel and you guessed it the wheel cleared the 6 piston Brembos but the lug studs didn't even penetrate the wheel hub in order to even start a lug nut. It's been a week I've demanded a refund but you continually yank my chain, and you are so inept when informed the wheels do not fit your company spent the money to ship the other missing wheel. Makes no sense so now you will pay to have both wheels shipped back. Never again and your customer service rep John T. Needs to find another profession totally worthless customer service lacks common sense completely.

Customer service was great they were able to assist me by sending me the right item after receiving the wrong one came really fast.

I love how they're website is tailored to my exact car year make and model. I did like how i got a monthly magazine but that stopped. Prices are quite high however you get what you pay for and they have top tier stuff.

The site said my package would arrive by 2 days. There's no way it will arrive in 2 days when it was in the delivering state on day but then got sent to a neighboring state on the same day. There are far more companies out there that do deliveries other than fedex and ups. I honestly wish customers had the option to choose the company that would be delivering there products. I work for a LTL company and know for a fact I could have had my package for sure today if he was sent through us.

Everything both exhaust and cold air intake fit perfectly as described and it does speed up a little bit more and it sounds good

Shipping was fast and product was flawless and everything was truthfully advertised.

Was expecting it to be a little difficult but it was honestly really easy loved the after look on it.
