Purchased a clutch kit for a Ford Mustang, what arrived was previously returned items, nothing for my car, just the cardboard box was correct. Also a flywheel for a Nissan 350Z, problem was I live in Australia due to additional flywheel cost of freight nearly doubled.
Manager never return my calls, they want broken items returned for refund, problem is freight $450 USD as much as the item so no come back. Made a ordered that qualified for free shipping and two day delivery. After two days looked up order and hadn't been shipped. Call wanted two/ three days to figure out issue. Ask for refund and was told still have to wait the same amount of time. Seems to me company just makes promises to get you on the hook. Then your stuck waiting for your parts. When could have went somewhere else and received what you needed. Beware of this. I will not order anything from American Muscle again.

This has been a horrible experience. I ordered my part on April 5, your website said delivery April 15-18. On April 15 I replied to email sent to me from you guys stating my package had not arrived. I was contacted via another email and told that the supplier was having "production issues" and it would be shipping by April 18. It is now April 19 and my order is still "processing" and the delivery date now says April 29 - May 2? I have contacted speedlogix and was told that there are no "production issues" at all that the part was sent off to be powder coated, which is going to take ANOTHER 2 weeks! Your site said thIs part was IN STOCK and ready to ship? My car is sitting torn apart waiting on a part that should have been here 4 days ago and now it's going to be next month before it gets here. I will not be shopping here again.

Can't rate on product as haven't got it yet. But for service, it's off to a rocky start. I order a few interior dressing pieces. Chrome accents but one I ordered was satin not chrome. As soon as I clicked pay I noticed. So I emailed immediately after(as it was night time) to get it switched for a chrome one. The next day I got a reply saying sorry it's to late orders out. Wait till I get it to return it and get correct one. The shipping alone to Canada costs as much as many of the products. Now I will
