Does easy ordering and getting stuff in a timely fashion sounds good to you... have ordered hundreds of products over the years and continue to love and use amazon for 80% of my on-line shopping. On the rare occasion when I encounter an issue, it is always handled in a professional manner an to my satisfaction.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I have only ordered twice, but both have been great experiences. Granted, not everything on their site is a good deal, but toilet paper, laundry aids, and soap have been great purchases for me. I have also purchased some bakeware that I was very pleased with.
Have only used on occasion but the few times that i have great service, prices and super fast shipping has been all that i have experienced.

As a prime member shipping overnight is incredibly cheap and I procrastinate on buying things until the last minute.
Prime. Prime is the best thing I have ever purchased on Amazon, and comes with free movies. Not all of the movies are also on netflix. It's a great deal and I save so much in shipping.

I shop on Amazon so much that I swear, if I walked into one of their warehouses, they'd recognize me. I've been shopping there since their beginning, back when they only sold books, and now I can find anything in the world there, which is pretty amazing.
I've never had a bad experience with Amazon, whether I'm buying directly from them, or one of their 3rd party sellers. The very few times that I haven't been happy with a product, I was able to return it for a refund with no problems whatsoever. If there was a problem with the item, they paid return shipping. If I just didn't like it, I paid the return shipping, which seems fair.
Whether I'm shopping for books, toys, furnace parts, electronics, sea salt, boots, or any of a million other things, I can usually find it on Amazon at better prices than anywhere else.
Unless I'm shopping for handmade, I always check Amazon first when I'm looking for something specific. I also find it to be a great place to shop for gifts for those hard to shop for people on my list because for many products, I can narrow the search options down to gender and age. That's priceless.
I live in Sweden and usually order from amazon.com. My 2 latest bookorders was not good." The philosophers stone" by Joseph P Farrell was not cut on the longside. Next book was also Farrell, "The financial vipers of Venice". The guy or girl who picked my order must have come directly from a donutstand. Half the donut was on my cover. Another thing i dont like is that Amazon have some kind of deal with manufactorers that prohibites them from shipping some items to Sweden(this goes for Amazon.uk as well). When i try to order for example a phone or camerafilters, the answer i get is that there is something wrong with my adress and that they cant process my order. Thats all they say. Most annoying is that they send emailreminders and want to me continue my ordering of the stuff they just said that i cant have. Amazing Amazone

Never had a problem ordering off amazon.com. Love their search engine, it's cool how much stuff they have to choose from. Keeps getting better over the years in my opinion.
Ordered a New Nutribullet, arrived used, I figured I would wash it then use it. The motor was louder than it should be and the product leaked. I contacted customer support and was granted a free shipping label to mail back, and refunded my 100% right then and there so I could purchase a new one. ( I did not want to purchase it again, and I did not, but still was refunded)
Customer support is 10 out of 5 stars. They go farther than they need to to make you happy. Just be friendly and respectful to them and they will return the favor.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
