Found the hotel we wanted on your website and it was the cheapest we could find so booked it with a deposit of £20 and I believe the balance is split into 3 further payments which suits us fine. Now looking forward to actually going!

The care only to get your money! No customer service at all! Be aware! Absolute shocking service! Website had issues, information not clear, £1 deposit ***** you in before making clear the cancellation conditions and amendment policies... have always used ****************** and Expedia before, had to book through Alpharooms as part of a group will NEVER book with Alpharooms again!

Booked early Jan, now told 3 different reasons why hotel is cancelled.No alternative offered and hotel is still available but at way higher price. This site is a con and call routed to India where told to take a refund or keep the flights, no email or number for senior manager given despite asking numerous times. Avoid at all costs!

I have used AlphaRooms for years and will continue their site is good and their prices are keen. Just two negatives their support whilst in the booking process is poor I spoke to two different people online one gave totally wrong info and the other spelt the company name wrong, secondly the £4.95 charge every time you make a part payment is annoying. BUT other than that very well recommended

I have tried 2 different cards to make a payment and both declined. There is nothing wrong with either card - their site just keeps declining them. How am I supposed to pay the balance? Had to repeat the postcode to the phone operator based abroad 5 times and she was still getting it wrong... a painful and time consuming booking - I wont be using them again

Please do your research before using Alpharooms for a Holiday... They are really helpful on booking and taking your money but then all customer care goes out the window.
We were out of pocket and owed money but they refuse to cooperate and all emails are ignored...
Please stay clear I dont want you to experience the same problems.
Wil never use this company again...

This has happened 5 times now. This time I have been offered an hotel in a different resort 24 km away this is a con trick. I am stuck as I have already booked my flight. I want something done about it but alpharooms just ignore all my attempts to resolve the matter

No prob with booking process but I do t think people realise that there is a charge of £4:95 for each payment made on the account. Was disappointed to go online the day after I booked and the same booking was £64 cheaper on Alpharooms. Also, in comparison to other sites, the cancellation policy is very punitive! Loss of deposit plus £30fee per person.

I had never found or used AlphaRooms until my Mother in Law forwarded me the Link. It produced the very competitive result that we will enjoy in October. Clearly the other, so called independent, comparison sites are not what they "expensively" claim to be. There would appear to be massive collusion between sites and hotels/airlines/etc ie a de facto cartel!

Very efficient service, great choice of accomodation & competitive prices too. I have used them many times & never had an issue at all, also new payment system is better for the customer, worked out a bit expensive the other way

In the days when most of hotels portals have free cancellation fee up to 48 hours prior reservation alpha rooms charging. 30.00 euro per person per reservation. Be careful if you booking anything for more than 2 people you might be better off book another hotel or change your flights!

Prices and options offered were way superior to any other site. I was a little concerned by adverse comments on Trip Advisor type sites that Alpha rooms accept a booking - and then summarily cancel or change it. But experience so far is excellent.

Booked 2 studios for our florida holiday but in error in put 13 nights. I contacted alpha rooms via my booking. Within 24 hours they tried to call me at least 5 times ( kept missing calls). They re booked my accommodation no hassle no fuss. The agent was fab can't praise him enough. I'm not the easiest to please.

Would definitely recommend using Alpha rooms. After searching several other holiday companies they came out the cheapest and only having to pay a low deposit was a bonus. Received my confirmation straight away. The service was excellent.

Tylor was very helpful. The booking was very easy and all my questions were answered. I have used Alpha rooms on many occasions and will continue to do so for future holidays. Brilliant customer service. Fully recommend

Have just booked an Easter break with AlphaRooms. Very good website, easy steps. The price displayed is the price you pay - not always the case! Can book everything - flight, hotel, transfer in one transaction. Ideas to improve further: offer more than one airport at a time and design a filter for adults only holidays - would be a market leader and a strong selling point for the more mature(!) holiday searchers.

So easy to book great locations fantastic prices too something for everyone couples families spot on will be booking all my holidays with alpha rooms its fantastic and takes all the stress so you can just look forward to your holiday x

I have booked multiple vacations each year. Staff at alpharooms are always friendly and solve any issues. Contact them via the my account section, email or telephone, the service is always fantastic. They beat any other travel booking sites or agents.
