Making lots of mistakes, overbooking, charging twice for one booking, not responding to emails, getting very pricey, when booking flights with them, theres no information about hand baggage purchased or not, its getting very messy now in using that webside
Used many times before, just booked holiday for Sept but still waiting for completion of paperwork. I have paid total amount so should have now.
Alpha rooms agent was excellent in his manners, his patience with me and very clear and precise from start to finish in booking our upcoming break. At the end he clearly laud out what we had chosen what we were getting going and how we would be taken to our apartment.
I left feeling no relorse only confidence in what I had just booked. We now are counting the days to our lovely get away.

You have a cheap hotels and package, but you do not resolve customer complaints and you do not delete the hotels that are closed and on the website is open and you ask for money.
One of the hotels is Kleopatra Ada Hotel in Alanya, etc... Before you sell something, make sure you solve your customers' complaints because sometimes they are very serious and they are undergoing financial fraud. You can not rent a room at the hotel and the hotel is closed for a few months, this is called fraud.
I had been shopping around for a good few weeks for best prices and I managed to secure a great deal and a great saving booking with alpha rooms! Fast efficient and even though I have booked through them many times I am still surprised on the bargains to be had on site. Highly recommended.
It's good to get what you want but I tried ringing alpharooms twice and on two different days and they told me the accommodation was not available or the flight was not available, then they wanted me to change airport or date,, on another occasion the flight was not available.
However if you see it and keep trying the web you can get what you want.
Booked a 2 week break on 8th April, then 2 days later price had gone down. Been a loyal customer over 10 years, recommending you to friends and family. I have emailed to voice my disappointment and have heard nothing back. I will NOT be booking with you again.
I did not receive a receipt confirming the booking which unfortunately meant i did not see that I had boomed the wrong month. I called to get confirmation and so realised the error only to be told I can't change it. So feel fed up with Alpha rooms
Very efficient service, great choice of accomodation & competitive prices too. I have used them many times & never had an issue at all, also new payment system is better for the customer, worked out a bit expensive the other way
Good customer service very helpful and went through all the details properly to confirm details were correct price was good and gave me discount for using previously
Wasn't informed there was a extra charge until it was to late for paying in 3 installments. This was an unnecessary cost of £15 as I would have payed in full had this been explained.
This should be written in bold letter before holiday is booked NOT after booking..

Having searched several holiday sites for a cheap and cheerful girlie break, I found that AlphaRooms to be the most competitive in terms of price and the booking process to be smooth, simple and seamless.
I had an issue with a booking that I made and needed to change my booking the agent I spoke to could not have been more helpful at one point even putting me on conference call so that I could talk to the hotel in person the agent could not be more helpful as I needed a hotel with disabled access.He did all the hard work for me calling at least 4 hotels to ask for ground floor rooms and called me back twice within the time frame he gave.
Very easy booking system and confirmation received within minutes. Very good up to now and cannot complain.
Had to make few alterations and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful
Plus price was very competitive
