Don't Buy From Allurez Or You Will Regret It

I used the ring to get engaged and it took 2 days for the first stone to fall out and another week for the 2nd. My gal viewed this as a sign that we shouldn't get married and of course now hates the ring. I was able to save my relationship for now but the poor craftsmanship did not help. Any purchase of this value should be top quality which Allurez has failed. I had to send the ring back insured at my expense because the ring was poorly made. I reached out to the customer service on several occasions and not once did I find the service to be good or talk to anyone that cared that my fiancé had to wear a ring missing stones when she showed it off or that she had no ring at all while it was being repaired which took well over a month. A repair of a poorly crafted engagement ring should be put in the front of the line, repaired using the same or higher quality stones and returned in an incredibility fast manner at no expense to the customer. The ring is back on her hand but the new stones don't match the others in color or quality. We will be having it appraised soon and I hope its a good one but if not I will be looking into legal action. Aside from that I am affording Allurez the opportunity to truly WOW me because at this point I am not a happy customer and intend to go to every place I can leave the worst review possible for the company in hopes I can prevent as many people as possible from having this experience. An engagement is one of the most beautiful days anyone will ever have in there life and the symbolism of the ring is hugely important. If you are thinking of buying anything from Allurez especially an engagement ring, I would strongly recommend you don't as you will regret it.

My husband surprised me w/a cute diamond necklace from this place. He hadn't been able to find one like it locally, so went w/this on line. From the beginning, it was bad. Took his cc info, but wouldn't send confirma email. He had no idea if/when it was arriving, but it did show up eventually. When I requested to simply exchange it for a diff length, that's when it got REALLY BAD. They are AWFUL with Customer "service". The ppl answering the phones literally say "there is nothing they can do to help, they just answer the phones", then lie and say their "Supervisor" "already left for the day" Or "went home sick" and then add "and she won't be back til Monday". Ok. So she's sick today, but you already know she won't be able to call me to advise status for four more days? Sounds super legit - NOT. And "the Supervisor took the only laptop home w/her, so I can't look anything up."
Seriously? Sounds like they work in a back closet, answering phones & writing down cc #s, while one person has one laptop to run the card through your bank! I had to call repeatedly just to get a Return Label. Then same to get status of receiving my exchange - which they NEVER confirmed. Then same to TRY to get someone to advise of status. I spoke w/Yoselin and Eleanor many times. No one EVER called me back. This co. Could COMPLETELY CARE LESS after THEY GET YOUR MONEY. Weeks had gone by at this point. One day a box shows up. I haven't opened it yet, as I'm deciding if I'm just going to return it altogether. The ONLY reason I even gave it this much effort was cuz my husband had picked it out for me. They do NOT care about customers ONE BIT! Please read all of the other negative comments my husband and I have now found. My husband is SO mad he didn't before shopping here.
