I ordered the ring on 8/14 and it didn't ship until 9/6. I wouldn't have minded the wait if Allurez had been upfront about the wait time. They claim 1-7 days for non custom order, which mine was.
UPDATE 2: Allurez flagged my review here and on another review site and tried to get them both taken down by giving false information. Nice try Allurez. STOP LYING. That's the only way to repair your reputation.
UPDATE: So it turns out that after Rojan told me they were going to repair the jewelry, Allurez actually issued a full refund, even before I mailed the jewelry back. Which means they had no intention of even repairing it in the first place. They didn't send an e-mail at all notifying me of this. I sent texts, calls, e-mails and no response after I sent the jewelry back. Discover Card was the one who let me know that a refund had been issued, two weeks later. Then I got a text from Allurez after my phone call with Discover and was told that I had been issued a full refund. Gee thanks Allurez. At least I did get my money back though. I will obviously never deal with them again, and most importantly I will never ever buy fine jewelry online again.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: They are a nightmare to deal with. They lie constantly and either ignore you, or take a super long time to get back to you. I sent my jewelry back to them for repairs about three weeks ago and haven't heard a peep about the status. I already disputed the charges since the ring had an inclusion on it. I will contact my card company and tell them that Allurez has my jewelry back in their possession and doesn't plan to give it back apparently. Save yourself the headache and buy jewelry locally!
I ordered a bracklet on 3/1, and 2 days after the estimated last ship date, I inquired into the status of my order. Then and only then did the respond and infrom me that they could not full fill my order as it was not in stock. By the way it was continued to be listed online as in stock so be ware. I agreed to a subsituted even though it was less desireable. They did agree to ship it overnight as their expense, then did not but did receive with in 2 days. But again they missed the lasted estimated ship day by a day. Good customer service would have attempted to push this out on time.
This might have been some what acceptable, but 2 out of the 3 orders that I have placed with Allurez, have never shipped by the estimated date. Recommend if you use them, plan well in advance.
For me, I will find a new supplier to use, as I can not trust that I can get what I want when I want it.
I am very disappointed by Allurez. They took a long time to complete my order, not caring about their 10-14 days policy at all (which by the way it's already a ridiculous amount of time). Then, when I told them the ring was not useful to me anymore, they told me I could not return it, since it is custom made. What in the heck is not custom made in Allurez? When I bought that ring in their website, it only allowed me do so by selecting different features such as size, the color of the gold, the stone, etc. Their return policy is therefore a scam. But it didn't stop there, I told them I wouldn't even be in the country by the time they were supposed to finish the ring. I email many people in their staff and even talked to someone on the phone. They said they would send the ring to my location abroad, which after all that happened, it could have made things a little better. To my surprise they just didn't care and send the ring to my address in the US the same day I was supposed to take my flight (which they knew). So, I had to lose my flight in order to receive the ring, and get another flight the next day at a very expensive rate. At that point it's like they were just playing with me. Allurez staff are either highly incompetent or purposely evil. Either way the result is the same. I am never buying from Allurez again and I recommend you do the same. Trust me, you will regret buying from them.

I would like to give a 5 strars review, however the ring never arrived. It is stuck in costums for over 3 months now.
I have contacted the costumer service, but they were unable to help. It is a mess anf right now I lost the money and I don't have the ring either.
There is problem in the paper work sent to costums and Allurez is helping much with the issue. Apparently there is weight problems, but also the site was not transparent enought regarding sending goods outside the united states.
The picture of the ring is beautiful, and I was looking forward to give it to my girlfriend.
However, the way the situation is being handle shows a huge lack of respect and professionalism!

After purchasing my wife's engagement ring from Allurez, we decided to buy our wedding bands from this company as well. My band arrived about a month after I ordered and was too large, even after following their measurement guide. They allowed me to return for a smaller size (which is paid for by the customer…), but the second ring was still not the correct size. I asked to return for a refund and was told it was outside the 30-day period from the original shipping date. Allurez failed to tell us that an exchange does not reset the return window, so it is a gamble on the costumer's part: decide to return the first time or hope the second ring fits. Due to the overall length of time it took receive and exchange, I was already outside of that window by the time the second ring arrived. My wedding was a few weeks away, and Allurez said they could not guarantee the ring would come in time.
I explained the situation to Allurez's call center rep who responded by hanging up the phone on me! They refused to pick up after trying to reach them multiple times. After the amount of money I spent on the engagement ring, it's shocking they would not honor the return on a considerably less expensive band and lose all future business from us (but stupid is as stupid does).
I've since come to find out that this arrogance and disrespect is commonplace for Allurez as shown in their online reviews. Wish I had known earlier.
Their offer is so amazing. I have never seen so many beautiful rings in my life. I don´t know which one to choose. I would rather buy them all if I could.
This was my second order from Allurez but first custom item. They were helpful in understanding exactly what I wanted and it was made quickly and accurately! Would order from them again.

We ordered a ring from this company on May 6th. My fiancé financed a $2000 ring and received an email AFTER purchasing that there might be a slight delay due to COVID-19. OK, I get that but maybe they should let you know BEFORE you purchase. Anyway, fast forward a few weeks, he calls to check up on the order and is told that it would be shipped out by the end of the week. The following week there's still no ring so he calls again and gets the same exact response. We waited two weeks before we called again and got the exact same response for the third time. I have no idea when this company is actually going to produce the product that we paid for. He's asked to speak to a manager three times now and a manager has not called him back. They're still taking orders when they can't even fulfill those that have already been placed, months ago! Just stay away from them, they have horrible customer service and don't care about their customers at all. They should also stop telling their representatives to lie.
We received a sapphire ring that looked like an onyx. We returned it for a gem that matched the AAA rating we paid for. After a month, the company sent an empty box.

Due to my allergies and the fact that I have very small hands and fingers I really didn't make the process easy for my fiancé. We made an appointment to go to the office in person to look at some samples and options as well as give them the diamond. After that I left it to my fiancé to take over.
