Did not receive my ring for months because they "Lost it". Would not provide me with a refund and then when I finally received it, it was used? Had scratches...

Pros: The ring is beautiful
Cons: Worst communication & customer service I have ever come across.
Received the ring as a surprise. It was too big, fibers were being caught between stone & setting & stone was loose. Returned to have resized and stone looked at. NEVER received any communication about what was being done to the ring or how it was repaired, NOTHING. Ring was finally returned and still too big. I will take to a jeweler at home and check to see if it was actually resized. The fibers still get caught between the stone and setting but the stone is not loose. Very frustrating to hear nothing. Not a note from the Jeweler stating what the issue was & how it was repaired. Nothing to state that the ring was resized except a charge to resize it because it was engraved.

Overall it was terrible and an absolute headache to deal with customer service. They are super quick to answer you when you have a question about a potential purchase but once you have paid good luck! I have ordered my ring with appraisal certificate of course. This was never sent and 3 months later I get excuses like "we are super busy" and "I see this was mailed to you" but no tracking number can be shared with me. Another excuse is "we are working on a digital copy". It's been 3 months. And to top it all off the diamond fittings are two pronged for smaller diamonds, this is the cheapest possible fitting, and a diamond has fallen off the ring within 1 week of purchase. Of course service are happy to replace it at it fee and I need to pay for insured shipping! You take no pride in your work! It's disgusting! Of course the diamonds are also advertised to be within a notch or two of clarity that you buy and Allurez installs the lowest clarity on all the diamonds. It's just rip off all over.

The earrings are lovely but the backs don't fit which is really disappointing. Contacted Allurez about 10 days ago to ask for replacements but heard nothing.

We spent over $3,000 on a ring and a atone fell off within 3 months. The warranty only covers a month and I was told on the phone anything over that time is "suspect." I spent over $100 to have the ring shipped with insurance to be fixed. I also told them a spoke on another one of the diamonds was completed off and they SENT IT BACK TO ME WITHOUT FIXING IT. Don't buy their rings they are absolute junk

I've bought 3 rings over the past few years. Customer service is always excellent. The rings are beautiful and everywhere my wife and I go we get compliments on them.

Ordered three stackable rings for my wife. Rings were a size too small. Allurez customer service representatives we fast and efficient in addressing the issue.

Customer service needs improvement. I sent a request to change the delivery address and received confirmation that this would be done. Product was shipped to the original address still.

This is my second order with Allurez and I really love the quality of my earrings. They are as described and when spending a lot of money that's important.

Ordering was easy, customer service was super responsive. A bit more communication between order and delivery would have been nice but customer service got right back to me whenever I had a question.
