Soooooooo bad

Please never buy from them. It not only takes what feels like eternity to ship but also has a dodgy website. They told me I would have it before Christmas how wrong was I. Am infuriated and urge you never to buy from this place.

They do not care about their clients, unfortunately I'm going through hell with them just to receive my order in a decent time frame. Worst customer service i ever dealt with. You may potentially never get what you ordered also. And don't ever order a birthday present for someone from there. They'll never get it on time, even if you order weeks, or a month or more in advance. Im very disappointed. I was stuck on the phone with the customer service rep for a long time because she kept putting me on hold. Little did I realize it was long distance and i was charged quite a bit for it. Still never even got anything from all the stuff i ordered. My bf won't be getting his gift for his birthday and on top of it, i got a lousy cellphone bill because im having to deal with all this. Save your money and your time and buy elsewhere. I never write reviews. But after all this, i felt i had to let others know what i had been through. Extremely disappointed with this company

Ordered my posters over a month ago. They took about two weeks before they even shipped them, and then about three weeks later, after numerous emails and phone calls, that were extremely unhelpful, they announced that the packages were lost in transit. They then promised me free overnight shipping 5 days ago, and neither poster has arrived, and one poster is delayed, so it wont be shipped for another 2 weeks

This is a dreadful company, who placed two incorrect prints into my order with the proper invoice of what I was supposed to receive. When I contacted the company, the live chat agent, Debby, was very unhelpful and reluctant to expedite the replacement order. I just received a refund, because now, these prints are "unavailable." I will never patronize this site again. Unacceptable business practices are occurring here.

I ordered several posters that were scheduled to arrive 2 weeks ago. I have written to them and no response. The supposed tracking info is useless and it asks you for details (wasting your time essentially looking for and filling out the details) then just says no tracking available. Wish I had read these reviews prior to shopping on allposters.ca!

I set up a wholesalers account for my store. The nearly 100 posters they sent me were removed from their packaging, all rolled together and thrown in a box. I expressly ordered these posters for resale. They look used and worn. Customer service keeps running me in circles and does nothing. I would not recommend Poster Revolution.

The phone number they have to contact them is not a working number. They over charged me for shipping: it was supposed to be (according to their flashing banner) 2.99 for the first and 0.99 cents for every one thereafter, and my order status says "3 items" but it is charging me for 4 items. I'm worried that if they can sneak in a. 99 cent charge here then they will over charge me somewhere else.

Unacceptable service
December 23, 2017

I ordered a poster for Christmas on the 6/12/17 an and the expected date of arrival was supposed to be 18/12/17 however it is the 24/12/17 and it still has not arrived. I emailed them requesting to follow this order up and they simply said if it has not arrived by the 1/3/17 then contact us again! I'm going to have to wait to march before I can give this 'christmas' gift away? Terrible service never shopping from them again.

Allposters.com did not make it clear that they will not help you with any customs fees, if the shipment is across the border. Now my $16 poster has actually cost me $30. The quality of the poster was not as shown on the website either. It is a bit blurry. Overall I am disappointed and will not be visiting this website again.

Wishing no more people use this company to waste your money and time and feel miserable. The worst shopping ever. If you are thinking to order some from all-posters, consider the risk you can't get it by when you want and get wrong orders with no refund. I had to see other reviews here before order.

Tried ordering and i thought all was well because they charged my card but then there was a "problem" on their end and my order was cancelled. They ask you to submit pointless details over again. So i'm now trying to cancel the order but anyhow, total scam with how they took my money yet cancelled my order themselves. Don't waste your time!

No Respons- Scam Site

This is a scam site - I have send how many emails! No response. I ordered a t shirt for my husbands birthday and still not received it, been 4 weeks already and no response!

Allposters stole my money as I cannot even get a refund as their customer service is non existent

Crappy customer service
December 27, 2015

Ordered a poster on December 17 for delivery on December 21. Never received the poster. Erroneously shipped to someone else at address unknown. Yet Allposters will NOT reimburse me until I send the poster back. As I don't have it, and don't know where it is, I am stuck. Will notify credit card company of fraudulent nature of the transaction.

I had already ordered a poster when I read some pretty crummy reviews from a while back, so I was scared. Much to my delight, my poster arrived in only 4 days and the graphics were even better than I thought. The delivery to PO box was 5-10 days, but arriving sooner is a BIG PLUS! Excellent packaging to insure no damage (in a box & wrapped inside that). I plan to order a few more posters and a T-shirt. I'll rate those accordingly to verify consistency. I'm a picky consumer, so this shopping experience was really GOOD.

I ordered 2 items at the same time (t-shirts) received one - wrong size to what I ordered (even the order sheet had the right size but the t-shirt was two sizes smaller!) and the second one has never arrived. They have sent me standard replies i. E. blamed customs, they've sent a replacement etc and months later still nothing. I have had to take further action just to get a refund.

I ordered something back in March, the estimated arrival time was between 5 and 11 April. I waited and waited and nothing came. I emailed them to ask where my order was and when it will be arriving, they replied saying that I needed to allow for 20 days of delivery which I did. There was more back and forth emailing and still nothing was solved. There was just excuse after excuse. My order got lost, not once but twice.

AllPosters.com has a huge variety of posters to choose from ranging from art reprints to movie posters. They also offer framing and many choices of frames and mat colors. You can make purchases by credit card or through PayPal.

I recently ordered an art reprint and had it framed and matted through their site. The process was fairly simple. Standard ground shipping was about $10 for my framed artwork (according to the box I received it was 6 lbs. in weight). I received a tracking number for shipping and an estimated delivery date range. My package came within the first day of that range. When I opened the package I found that everything was as shown in the previews on the website. I was relieved because I was afraid that it would look completely different.

I was very satisfied with my purchase and plan on buying more items from AllPosters.com in the future.

Very poor

Thought I was ordering from a Australian web site as it had. com.au at the end of web address. First poster came in three weeks and was actually really good. They had such a great selection I chose 2 more. They only sent one and told me other one was sent a few days later. A month later it still never turned up. Emailed them, was told they would email me when a new one would be sent. A week later get some stupid email saying there was some kind of issue that made no sense. At this point I have given up ever seeing my poster. I suspect its one man operating out of the back of a garage

I ordered 4 posters, over two months later and many run around emails i eventually got two of them except they were duplicate. Still waiting for a refund for the others. It cost more than 100 dollars AU to get a set of duplicate posters!

One month after I made an order for 2 posters, I had received 1 poster. Their excuse was they had to wait for their supplier to send them. This is a middle man and nothing more. I went to Zazzle for 4 posters, received them within 4 days, for less money. I will never do business again. Now I have to deal with getting jerked around on the second poster.
