Paid for 2 day shipping, still said it would get here in 7 days, email customer service they said they would ship overnight no charge, still getting here in 7 days, and late!
First shipment never arrived, replacement shipment never arrived. Makes me think they were never sent Response emails are also generic and now I chasing refund.
They advertise 40% OFF on Everything but when you go to the checkout part the discount is just about 11% and NOT 40%.
Be aware and do yourself a favor, check your shopping cart before placing your order.
Allposter DO NOT offer 40% OFF - Its just a cheap SCAM.

I placed an order for four posters, two with poster hangers and two without. I received two separate shipping emails but both had the same tracking number. I received a package with the two posters without the poster hangers. I waited a day but no second package arrived. I then emailed and waited two days with no response. I then called, waited on hold for 45 minutes to be connected to a CSR who had to email a supervisor my issue so there was no resolution. I asked the CSR how long I had to wait for an answer and he said I should be receiving an email in 24 to 48 hours. I asked him why he couldn't resolve my issue and he really didn't have an answer for me. Basically they hire people to answer the phone to take a message. He did not give me the option of cancelling the order and getting a refund or anything at all -- it was just him keeping me on the phone for five minutes while he typed an email to his supervisor. Regardless of how this plays out this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had (and I order a lot of stuff off the Internet) and I will not buy from this company again.
Ordered posters on two separate occasions. The first order I submitted incorrect address info and had to contact customer service. After a short wait, the corrections were made. The associate was very professional, courteous and concise. I received tracking info within 48 hrs. And the order arrived 3 days before the estimated delivery date (within 5 business days). The 2nd order was submitted a couple of days after receipt of the 1st order. Again the order arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date (4 days before the est. Delivery date!). The first order was returned due to quality issues (I recommend going for the premium photo option - the upgrade in quality is noticeable when compared to the regular photo option). Got refund within 3 business days after the company received returned item. On the second order I chose the premium photographic print option and was pleased with the quality. Overall, I was very satisfy with the way both orders and refund were handled and the customer service was as efficient and professional as any I have dealt with online. Could not ask for a better online buying experience.

I ordered 8 movie posters (27x40)….not a single one of them is the right size! Every single one is either too thin or too short! Company sucks $#*!
I ordered a couple of tee shirts for my son for Christmas and they arrived, although run a little small. The purpose of my review is to comment on the circus I've been going through trying to unsubscribe from their email list. I've been working on this since November 2015 (it is now August of 2016) with no success - I still receive a daily marketing email from them. The automated unsubscribe on the email does not work, nor does the unsubscribe on the website. I have contacted their customer service on the issue via every possible means (call, email, web form,) and am continually told no one else in the universe has ever had this problem or has ever told them this before. I've had the matter escalated within their customer service department, have filed complaints with the FTC, their ISP and the attorney general. I've tried calling their corporate office, which doesn't seem to exist (you get a voicemail box that's not returned.) It's become a huge joke in our office with our IT staff, because the company is actually very talented at being able to continue to get these messages through despite all of the routes we have pursued (professional-grade spammers.) It's become a huge joke - they are the reference we use now for all spammers.
Ordered 5 posters, 4 arrived no problems. 1 was backordered. Finally 5th shipped and when I received it, it was damaged badly. I reached to customer service on chat, and the rep told me to donate the damaged poster to "an orphan". Who says that? Wth.
I get told a replacement would be sent out. I received a new poster but instead of it being the movie poster i ordered, it was a sports related poster. I reach out to customer service again on chat and this time I was told I would have to email my request to get the actual poster I ordered. Also told I had to send proof of damage. Like I would lie about damage to a poster, haha.
I emailed (8/11/2017) and finally received a response 2 days later (8/13/2017) saying they would send me a replacement poster. 10 days later (8/23/2017), nothing received or any kind of shipment notification. I emailed again (8/29/2017). No response. So i sent 15 emails today (8/29/2017) to see if someone actually responds. I doubt it.
Next stop, going to Amex and disputing the charge as fraud since I never received what I ordered.

Although most of your order arrived on time it's unfortunate to know that there was an item on your order that was not only received late but also damaged and that its replacement was the wrong item. I also would have been taken back by the suggestion to donate to an orphan, we normally just suggest a non-profit organization or a school, church, or library. Shirt arrived a week late looks like a child applied a decal to the shirt. Defiantly not a licensed product looks like $#*!. So not use this company the are total amateurs.

Ordered a Men's Adult medium tshirt from them on Amazon. They sent a youth medium. When we contacted them and told them the mistake, they insisted we got what we ordered.
I wanted to order some framed art work, but before doing so I read so many negative reviews on SiteJabber.com that I was leery. I noticed that some of the reviews complained about the cheep, flimsy plastic that was used for the glass, and the poor quality of the prints. Since AllPosters.com gives you a choice of the quality of glass and the quality of most of the prints, I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did! I ordered one art print and one giclee print (described on website: "This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Giclée is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the papers surface creating natural color transitions") and I also upgraded the to UV & non-scratch resistant glass. My two framed prints arrived in one week and in perfect condition. The frames were exactly as described, the glass was worth the extra few dollars, and the prints were beautiful. I will definitely order from this company again.

These scumbags took 6 orders from me between Dec 4 & 12th for a total of 16 T shirts & 1 Beanie. I have only 3 T shirts so far and don't expect any more to ever come. They have a customer service number you can ring. But it only is open for one hour M-F which is 6am my time. That doesn't help if you get hold of them anyway, its just excuses about freight companys being at fault all scripted responses. Avoid like VD or Crabs they say they have the stock til you order something then they don't. It says AU at the end of there URL but it has no Australian link at all. Its all based in the USA. I just cant say how bad this has been for me, over $473 spent for 3 out of 17 items is a pretty bad return for the consumer. Go to Metal Merchant looked dodgy but a man of his word 4-5 days in Australia no drama at all. Even gave a %20 off next purchase thing & a sticker with a hand written thank you note. Firstly, I am writing from QLD Australia and the product was ordered under AllPosters.com.au The return address on our package stated Braeside VIC. I am indicating this as the service may be different if somebody else provided it.
The product might have not been as bad however they do not use proper tubing like Pickawall and other poster sellers. AllPosters use just the cheapest soft recycled paper to wrap the poster.
The order was dispatched on the 21st of December, did not get to me it till 8th of January in a poor condition - all bend with lines through it.
In addition, I ordered it as a "gift" as there is such option on their website. There was an option to enter a note and they were suppose hide the price – that was not done and the note was not included. I am just glad I was at home to receive it so I could photograph it for evidence (recommend you do that if you intent to argue it under consumer rights) and throw it to a rubbish bin to save myself the embarrassment.
I wrote to 'orders' at AllPosters, we will see if they will refund me however I will still have the inconvenience of sorting another gift in a short time frame.
I've been reading some scary reviews about this site. I cannot say I had the same experience. But, I would not order from them again.
I ordered 2 posters which after shipping and handling cost me over 60$ Which is a bit ridiculous.
The quality wasn't exactly what I expected for the price, I could have gotten the same quality by finding a large size image on Google and printing it off at London Drugs for 1/2 the price.
If you're going to give this as a gift, make sure you order a Month or more in advance. It took a full month to receive my order. It came from the states and I live in Canada. It has told me after my purchase that is shipped a day later.
You do not get a tracking Number, instead you get an order number. Which does not help you locate where the package is =,=
I did end up emailing the company after the 3 week park questioning where it was as it was a gift for my Bf's birthday. They did respond and were polite enough, but when I asked about the tracking number they completely ignored that half of the email.
So, do not expect to get one... I was also informed I should have waited for 20 business days before I contact them again. To either ship them or get a refund. I am glad they showed up on the 20th day...
"Standard shipping" I order almost everything I own from the states, standard shipping is regularly 2 weeks. I don't live in the middle of nowhere in the boonies. I live in a city next to the boarder. XD
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone in the future, I am really disappointed by the quality.
My entire buying experience was miserable on poster revolution's website. Selection and pricing was great, and I actually liked the layout of the website. The problem arose with the shipping. I received posters in 4 separate boxes, in three different shipments, on three different days. I can't imagine that paying for shipping 4x is fiscally responsible for their business model. I was never told that the poster was damaged until I called customer service (10 days after not receiving) and I was told by the women (she was very nice and helpful) that the "Yes we cannabis" poster was damaged and would ship once it came into stock. I wasn't given a time estimate, and I had to wrongly assume it would only take a day or two to get in stock and then a few days for shipment. Turns out, over a week later it hadn't even arrived at their facility to ship. At this point I was sent an email asking for a customer survey, which I replied very bluntly to since I hadn't even received my entire order. I proceeded to just order a lesser poster (no problem), and a few business days later it arrived... Without the hangers I have previously paid for. I have no clue whether this is normal for this company, and I honestly don't care. I will never order from poster revolution again, and I will make sure no one that I know does.
Ordered poster over a month ago. Emailed to find out where it is - told to wait longer. Bunch of crooks. Don't recommend using this company.

Product as described. New in packaging, great price on Amazon, and delivered in a few days. I would order again from this company.
I wanted to include my positive experience since there are so many negative ones listed here. I, too, after a week or so wondered what was going on with my order; I hadn't received any confirmation via email (I did have a screenshot of my completed order with order number), and I also found when tracking my order the "in process" notation. I did send 2 emails to check up on my order, and I received kind, detailed, and professional replies. I received 2 of 4 shipments on the 9th day after my order, in perfect condition, and on the 10th day I received the 3rd shipment, also in perfect condition. One small item has yet to arrive, but I was informed in one of the emails that it is due to be delivered in 2 days. I am happy with the items and feel that 12 days is perfectly reasonable, especially since I placed my order between Christmas and New Year's. I am glad I had this experience because I really love the site and do expect to order more from them in the future. (I have a teenage daughter.) Thank you Poster Revolution!
