Overcharged

Their website clearly says VAT is included in prices - " Prices listed on the website are inclusive of Duties and/or VAT."
Despite this they charged *******@20% not only on my order but also on the postage. When I queried it their response was completely unsatisfactory

DO NOT ORDER - similar to other reviewers, my experience was that I ordered & paid for posters. I checked the site frequently for my order status, which indicated it was in process. When the posters did not arrive after a month, I contacted them - they said that my payment had not processed and they would not ship the posters. I responded that a payment had posted to my account; their flippant reply was that I should take it up with my bank.

After ordering and. Being directed to the Canada site, turns out it is a US company, so postage was much more expensive AND slow. Took 2 weeks to get here, My daughters took 2 months service is poor, office is in USA and was. Shut. Dont do it Not a Canadian company AT ALL so why do they pretend it is?

I wish I had listened to the reviews. I ordered two posters on July 21, the same day I ordered posters from a competitor, MoviePosters.com. According to AllPosters, I was supposed to receive my order by Aug. 3. The competitor had me receiving my posters later than that. Well... I have already received my posters from the competitor. In fact, I received them the next week after ordering them, which was way before promised. In the meantime, my order from AllPosters has never gotten past the Processing stage. I reached out to customer service last week, they told me that with COVID, there was a delay but I should receive my order by Aug. 7. I called today, Aug. 6 and my order was still Processing. The customer rep gave me a new expected ship date of Aug. 14. I asked for a refund. Hopefully I will get it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews 1st before ordering. I fell into the same trap of the great rates & professional website which is apparently a total front. I paid for next day shipping and they charged my account immediately but it has been over a week and I have not received anything. I have called customer service about 50 times and can't get through to an actual person. I am told to leave a message which I have done but no response!

Great costumer service

Received a package of 6 music t shirts I had ordered (on estimated delivery time) to canada. Had to pay duty fees (Not like we don't pay enough taxes over here already). But upon the arrival of my package I quickly learned that one of the shirts were missing. I had already payed the duty fee for 6 shirts and the shipping costs. There customer service employee explained that the shirts aren't shipped only from one vendor and these mistakes happen from time to time by human error. She quickly refunded me and discounted a new order for the missing shirt to make up for shipping and duty fees already payed. The shirts I did receive are o great condition and good quality. I'm a sizo between large and xl and went with the xl to be safe. Glad I did. Id give them a 4 star if it wasn't for the missing shirt mix up.

I have purchase 3 posters from Allosters. I have been satisfied with each purchase. They were beautifully framed, and arrived within a timely fashion. I had made a mistake with one of the purchases. I was given a full refund and was told to keep the purchase. I was then able to apply the refunded money to the poster that I had originally intended to purchase. The customer could not have been more accommodating. I have read some of the negative reviews, but it has not been my experience. If someone is looking to purchase very reasonably priced posters with very decent workmanship - I definitely recommend Allposter.

Bad Black & White Prints
October 11, 2019

We ordered several black & white prints and they all came in purple or blue. We asked for them to reprint, which they did, but they were exactly the same! We were told, "that's just how they come"
Here's a tip (in case all posters checks this)... PRINT IN GRAYSCALE ;)

It had been so long, I couldn't even locate the email from allposters.com updating me on the status of my order. That's because I still hadn't received one because my order was still processing! If these weren't posters, I would have thought they were painting me originals!

Ordered a movie posted. SEVEN days later I get notification that the poster is on "backorder". So they are selling items they don't stock. I CANCELLED the order.
Have ZERO expectation that what your ordered will actually be delivered

Terrible

Those company is so shady. If you order anything, you need to pay for shipment. And you get a day that it's supposed to be there by. But allposters delays your shipment.
I was supposed to get my shipment on the 29th of December, then how am I recieving it in January? The second of January, and that's even if it comes by then. It makes no sense that they started shipping things on the 26th of December, but I ordered it on the 22nd of December.
The only thing they got right was the lady I spoke to at customer service.
The only decent thing.
Never purchasing from here again

Got an email saying it shipped via "bulk courier" whatever that is. How do I know they shipped anything.

Don't use this service.

Lousy customer service. Ordered magnetic picks for my poster which didn't come with it. When I called they said no you didn't order them sucks to be you (not in so many words.)

RELENTLESS spam even after you 'unsubscribe'.

Fell in love with 42'' poster, was cheap enough unless you want it framed. The frame was cheap plastic (no biggie), but the BIGGEST disappointment was for $300.00 for a HUGE piece of artwork, they use the CHEAPEST LAMEST PLASTIC instead of glass! I was mortified! ''museum quality''? $300.00 for a poster with a cheap plastic frame and CHEAP plastic that scratched as getting it out of paper! Buyer beware. Customer service ignores you and the spam just keeps coming. Never again and a shame because they have nice posters!

RETURNS
September 11, 2018

I bought a misfits hoodie. When I got the hoodie it was too big soooo as instructed on the package I did exactly what it said and returned the hoodie for a smaller size. It has been three months and I have emailed the twice in regards to this. I have yet to hear from them or receive any compensation merchandise or monetary.

Scam and a RIPOFF!

Dont waste your money

I ordered a poster as a gift for a friends new shop/business they were opening. When i first placed the order back in August i was told the item would arrive on Monday September 7th, around the 14th I checked again and it showed the item was shipped on September 10th does not show an arrival date or tracking #, here we are September 22nd and still no update and no tracking #. I work in shipping and logistics and understand delays however there is no excuse that 12 days after being shipped you wouldnt have a tracking #

False advertising

They advertise "35% OFF EVERYTHING" and the sale ending today. They even email these offers. They've done this for years, BUT NOW, those 'percent off' deals are not good on anything other than full price merchandise. Let me say that another way, their 35% off EVERYTHING is not good on everything. Actually, it's not good on much because so much of their merchandise is listed as being discounted somehow.

So if an item is even just 1% reduced, you will not get to use the 35% OFF EVERYTHING deal they advertise. What a deceitful way to do business! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very disappointed.

Just received my order and the poster was WRINKLED and DENTED! Which makes me regret working with them and giving them my hard earned money. Just emailed them, hopefully I will receive a response. Would not reccomend this site.
