Please DO NOT purchase from this vendor. Here is what happens. I ordered 7 posters from the vendor. Vendor sent an email noting shipment would take place after paypal distributed funds. Paypal distributed funds, one week later the vendor sent out one of the 7 posters. Three weeks later the sent poster still has not arrived, in the meantime I receive 5-10 messages from the vendor everyday telling me my other items are back ordered for an undetermined amount of time. With two of the posters they offer a cancellation stating they do not know when the item will be back in stock. After two weeks of receiving these messages I email the vendor per instructions in email say, "please cancel any future orders and refund the difference between what has been sent and what has not yet arrived." Vendor contacts me back and tells me my posters will arrive in 2-6 weeks longer (note the time takes funds beyond your CC 60 day period to dispute. In this day and age, a vendor should be able to tell you before ordering if an item is in stock or not. Please avoid this business and go with a more reputable establishment, I wish I had read other reviews here before ordering from them. I will be reporting them to my state's Attorney General's office so other people in my state can avoid getting duped by this vendor.
I closed my credit card account with my bank in 2010 and during that process I found charges against an inadvertent overpayment on my account; during my attempts on getting my funds returned, I uncovered a company named Shoppers Discounts, Shelton Connecticut had been charging to my account for $10.00 monthly since December 2006. After some more research, I realized that AllPosters.com transferred my personal and financial information to an affiliated company, Shoppers Discounts. I have never received any product or service from Shoppers Discounts; I have no account information and no method of obtaining services from Shoppers Discounts. AllPosters.com was not authorized by me to conduct business on my behalf nor were they authorized to transfer of critical financial and personal information. AllPosters.com illegally transferred my credit card information to Shoppers Discounts and there customer service representatives boosted above their deception and thief. My caution to anyone thinking of doing business with AllPosters.com is – find another company. I rate them a zero for business ethics.
Terrible experience. Terrible posters. Overpriced, took forever with shipping even though it was "two days". Stick to Amazon. I wanted to give it no stars, but that's not an option.
Ordered 3 prints. Two were selected for their best quality and one selected as is --- total cost $166.00 and change.
I am in Canada and had some trouble with the e-store. Thought I was ordering from allposters.ca but somehow ended connected to allposters.com
Online support got me squared away albeit without connecting me to a Canadian branch.
Package arrived in 18 days. No damage. However, once my money was taken I only received a "package has shipped" notice, No in-transit tracking available which made me nervous. No extra taxes or duties were applied on the posters. All 3 were bundled together and arrived to my door as such.
One poster (a vintage map of Essex UK) was pixelated but not to such an extent as it ruined the overall look. I believe "some" posters are in the form of digitized data and created on a need to print basis. The two vintage maps appeared to have been created this way but the large political map of England "appeared" to have been created from more traditional means.
Overall, I am happy with the allposters product, delivery time, and customer service. I grade them at a "B" on the old grade school scale.
It says all posters.com.au so here I am thinking it is based in Australia only to find out that it is based in North Carolina! It says in the mail expected delivery 13th August when I have purchased online 29th July! So after two attempts I have finally got hold customer services and told I will get it 31st August! It is awaiting in customs, and according to my email they have tracking number so when I locate my order that was NO tracking services available!
WTF such a fraud!
This was shown as a Norwegian company and actually clearly stated that import tax would be zero in my receipt. Once I paid for shipping, and was forced to pay an import fee to pick this up from the post office, the cost was a full 50% more than advertised.
Not not only that, the wall mural I ordered was of such poor quality, the paste soaked through and discolored the image. Also the material warped it's shape when the glue was applied and could not be aligned... it was so difficult to mount, that after two hours of trying we had to just tear the whole thing down again. My living room wall now needs to be repainted. Just great.
I have never been so dissatisfied with an online purchase ever.
I have written to them, but judging by the reviews on here, I am not confident of getting the full refund I deserve.
If they do not respond and supply a refund I am going to report them to the Norwegian trading standards. They will shut the fake Norwegian site down instantly and fine them heavily if the authorities here find out a trader is deliberately misleading people about import duty and the location of origin. It's 100% illegal, and the Norwegian taxman takes these things very seriously, and loves to hand out massive fines.
The photo of the Allman brothers concert shirt CLEARLY showed an "AMERICAN APPAREL" brand shirt. When I recieved the XL size shirt, it was the worst quality Anvil brand that would be 10 sizes to big for Andre the Giant. You could actually see your hand through the shirt. I think it is made of steel wool and sandpaper.
So I washed my car with it and threw it in the trash. It's a shame you just can't trust anyone today.

I ordered 2 posters and after 1.5 weeks recieved notice they had shipped. 1.5 weeks later I asked for a tracking number (none was ever provided) but got no response. 4 emails later with no response at all, I finally recieved my posters. Basically 6 weeks from ordering to recieving with absolutely no customer service and no support. I STRONGLY suggest you not order from this company. If you are lucky you will eventually get what you order but you can be sure that you will not get any reply nor will you get help if anything goes slighly amiss. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered four posters for my son's room (Nash, Wiggins, Leonard, Curry). I received what I expected and if I'm to split hairs came three days after the date promised.
The canvas artwork that was sent to us was of very poor quality. The canvas was put on the frame poorly and had damage to all the corners and in other areas.
Ordered a couple tin signs a few weeks ago, they were supposed to arrive between August 4th and August 10th. Never showed up. Contacted Customer Service, only to be told the wouldn't be arriving until the 25th - so 20 business days, which is pushing the 30 day return policy too I might add! No tracking number given, told I will have to wait until the package arrives and reject it before I can receive a refund, because at this point I'm 100% NOT SATISFIED. They can contact the shipper as far I am concerned and hold the package, issue my refund and call it a day! Stay away from online companies that DO NOT use a reputable shipping company.
Ordered shirts took my money and then tell me there all out of stock! They returned my money and sent an apology letter saying it's the printers fault, and yet they still have the same shirts available on the site so insted of putting a sold out adviser so others don't do the same thing, they just leave it and take your money NEVER AGAIN THEY SUCK, THANKS FOR NOTHING

Ordered a large paper Giclee print for $45 of an Italian landscape. We got an estimate from Michael's (chain store) for matting and framing with a 50% off coupon. Total was $550 after the discount. Crazy! Besides that, we didn't like the color of the print when it arrived and noticed the paper was very chintsy and full of ripples which would show up under glass in a frame. Returned the print for full refund (no questions asked) and ordered three large stretched canvas Monet's for $140 each. Love these prints. The build quality is first rate and the prints look great on our wall. The canvases are stretched around a very sturdy wood frame and stapled on the back side. The edges are painted black. The hanging hardware is double braided steel wire. Shipping was free and the order was expedited in about one week (very prompt). So, three beautiful large Monet canvas reproductions were less than the framing job for one cheap print. What a bargain. Stay away from Michael's and don't hesitate to check out allposters.com. Just don't order the cheaper paper if you buy prints. They offer higher quality paper, which would probably be a much better choice.
I was extremely hesitant to make a purchase as the reviews for allposters are mixed at best. Since most of the bad reviews were about shipping and customer service, I took a chance as allposters was the only place I could find the print I wanted. I had contacted their chat service to have some questions answered and it's true, the service was not great. Mostly because you could tell the agent had never seen any products himself and was reading the same things the site lists, so not especially helpful. That is why I will not give five stars. As for shipping? My print arrived very quickly (before the other site I ordered from the same day) and the packaging was excellent. Also, did not pay any duties (I'm in Canada). As for the print itself? I only unrolled it enough to see the quality as I want to take it to be framed, and I must say, it is absolutely beautiful. It's a premium giclee of Princess Hyacinth by Alphonse Mucha and the colours and texture are so rich and alive. I'd say it's exactly as shown on the site, but it's actually better. I will definitely take a chance on them again in the future.

BE WARNED: if you absolutely have to use the services of this company, register with an email you can burn later. I used an email that ONLY dealt with AllPosters and then I started getting spam from other companies so I was able to blackhole the compromised email address.
Two parcels order, one took weeks an weeks one never arrived. No tracking service on parcels and then after having my money for two months I had to wait 10days for a refund. Do not use!

I would not recommend anyone order a poster with these people. They are deceiving and unreliable. I have been waiting almost a month for my poster to arrive when on the website it states 3 - 5 days shipping. I am absolutely appalled with these peoples response to my concerns. They do not care and make excuses that don't even make any sense. This is one of the responses I received "Please note that the shipping timeframe mentioned on our website does not include the time shipper will took to delivery your shipment." How could they not state how long the shipper takes? Is that not a piece of information that should be stated? Now they are telling me to wait until the 29th of August (I ordered on the 23rd of July.) and according to this review page I will be lucky to receive anything. This was meant to be a present. I have been let down. Be warned. Allposters.com are online scam artists and you will regret ordering with them. I am sorely disappointed with the service and I feel very, very deceived.
Answer: They look good but are mounted on a very flimsy frames.
