I ordered from Allivet for the first time because my friend said it was the cheapest. I placed the order and never got a confirmation email. I did get charged though. I received the wrong medicine and now I can't get a hold of anyone. Never again. It's worth spending a little more and going with a site that delivers and has a customer support # that they answer.

I placed an order 8 days ago and they charged my card on that date. However they haven't shipped out the item yet. I'm going to cancel my order. Hopefully I can get my money back.

Its very easy to work with Allivet. They will contact your vet for your RX. Product arrives timely. Allivet has drugs for your pets that are hard to find.

Some good items with a very competitive price, however, poor aftersales customer services! Allivet should pay much more attention to customers facing any problems due to products purchased from Allivet.

Best prices on the internet and easy to use online ordering. Only problem is out-of-stock Dausaquin in largest container. Doubling smaller container is too expensive. Hope to get discount pricing when large container comes in.

I've always been happy with service and quality of products ordered thru Allivet. I rescue senior dogs so most of them are on some sort of RX for arthritis or other typical senior ailments. The discounted/reasonable prices are hugely appreciated and make it possible for me to continue caring for rescued senior dogs

It took a little while to receive my dog's heartworm and flea meds, but Customer Service was very helpful in getting the issue resolved with the vet. Allivet has the cheapest prices on all of my dog's meds.

Web site kept kicking me off the page to change address, etc. also had problems klicking on the items I wanted to order, it would take forever to open them up to input information.

I placed an order two weeks ago for an antibiotic ad my dog has an ear infection. It happened to be for a qty of 12 and was supposed to be for 21. So I asked them to cancel the order. In the meantime they are still holding funds and my dog is still ill.

They charged my card twice for an Autoship order putting my account in the negative. I emailed them five times and still no response so I'm disputing the charges. BEWARE

Shipping is prompt and reliable and I will be using them anytime I need anything in the pet care line. This is a company that you can trust to do their job right!

I went on your site and clicked reorder. I got a price of $82.95. Went on line to find better price and found YOUR site was $4 cheaper! If I would have used your "reorder" program I would have gotten screwed out of $4!
