This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I was a first time customer who ordered heart worm medicine for my dog. Sounds that simple right, well let me share my nightmare with you to warn you about this company. There was a discrepancy in my dogs weight, so my vet validated it, allivet called me, and I authorized the medicine to be shipped. 1 week later, the medicine still was not sent. One week later I called and the representative told me we will send it next day delivery, no worries. Well, I received an email much later in the day they were out of stock and it would be 5-6 more days until they got it in. My dog had heart worms already, so it was important she had that medicine ASAP. That would be 2 weeks without it by the time the medicine came in. I called back and spoke to another representative who told me they'd send another brand and compensate the price due to their error. Well, this is when the worst part happened. Mind you I had already paid for the medicine on my chase Visa card. So, this representative tells me we need a card to keep on file, but "WE WILL NOT USE IT" with that I told him, "I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE THIS CARD" I said that 3x's. Well, with that my debit card is charged 55.00 full price for the medicine they were compensating! I called allivet backend told them that was fraud they used the card after I told them 3 x's " I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE THIS CARD" I called right back, told the lady representative to refund my money and cancel the order. The next day I called, the representative did not cancel the order, or refund my money! At this point I still do not have a product they charged me a total of 75.00 for when the product was already paid for! The next day I call back and the manager has an attitude making excuses when they committed an act of fraud they did not want to rectify. I told this manager to cancel the order and refund my money! A few dats later I get an alert they sent the medicine I canceled and asked for a refund for! I refused the package and my bank got my money back. This company is not worthy of being in business! I am appalled and my dog still doesn't have her medicine!'n

Ordered meds for my dying Aussie that was "next day ship" on 02/08. As of this writing 02/15 have still not received product. Called twice. On Thurs waited over 20 min to be told it would be delivered 02/15 by Fedex. Called today after no delivery and after being on hold 34 min was told "do not know how it is being shipped. Can try the tracking number with Fedex and if that doesn't work try USPS" Totally unacceptable! Hope my dog lives to get the medicine. Of course I have ordered elsewhere for overnight delivery from Amazon

Answer: They advertise medications with photos of the manufacturers' packaging. However it seems that when a customer gets the meds they are not in the original packaging. There is really no way to verify that the meds are either authentic (as opposed to counterfeit) or that they are not expired. Individual tablets are not stamped with dates. When they failed to send me medication in the manufacturer bottle, I contacted my credit card company, then ordered from a different vendor.
