Paid for 1 day shipping, almost 60 dollars, after 6 days of not receiving the package I contacted them and they refused to refund me shipping charges so I refused the order and they lost a customer, as I will NEVER order from them again.

I placed a order to allivet for gastroguard. My vet had to call them, email and fax them three times before they could find the script. I finally received my order and they put me on auto shipment so I had to return the boxes I did not order. Their company called me and asked why I sent them these boxes. I stated that I did not order them and they are to be returned. Then they would not refund me until I made multiple calls to them cause they said I didn't return the gastroguard to them ( after a person from their company already called me about receiving the boxes) and had to prove I sent it back. I sent them the ups slip stating I sent them back and then they told me they would send it to billing but there's a restocking fee and I will not receive a full refund. So I'll wait and see if I get a refund. They are nasty to deal with and I'll NEVER order anything threw them and I'm not one to write bad reviews but these people were a nightmare to deal with
