Professional, fair pricing. Have not had problems which others have posted but then I have only made three orders with Allivet. Time will tell. My one criticism is that they don't seem to keep the vet's authorization on file which causes a minor delay when they have to call the vet for another authorization.
Our aging dog requires multiple expensive medications. Allivet has saved us so much money providing prescription meds at great prices. They also save us time by contacting our vet directly. A great service!
I wish there was a way to just adjust your repeat shipping. But it is pretty good over all. My last shipment had 2 different amounts, I called customer service and we reviewed the order. They shipped the order fast after we cancelled to more expensive order. Overall satisfied with the help they gave.
I have been using Allivet for about 1 1/2 years, my husky has glaucoma and is on 3 different eye drops. Once I started purchasing those I realized they had great prices for other products like heart worm and tick prevention. So I extended my use of this vendor. They have never disappointed me

Good pricing if you know not to go to their direct website first. Once I googled and they came up as an option, I selected them and the transaction was fast and smooth. However the second time I ordered, I went directly to the Allivet website and the price was $0.60 more per tablet. OUCH! Their site is a little too busy, so you have to read and examine all carefully when checking out. Otherwise, good site, great selection of products and I appreciate that they take the time to contact my Vet for me.
Contacted to prevent auto ship but shipped anyway. Florida law prohibits me sending back for credit yet their suggestion was they would make an exception when it is against the law. They should credit for good customer service.
I've been very satisfied with Allivet's service and delivery of meds for my dog. Their website is easy to use for ordering, and I appreciate the reorder function as a quick way to put in a repeat order.

See above. Very cute competitive prices on rx meds, but processing time is very slow, and this has caused issues at times given time-sensitive nature of being able to get the rx to my pet. CS is spotty.
I have never been disappointed with Allivet services. Always prompt with their filling of my cats medicine. My last order took 3 weeks to receive even though it was shipped the following day. USPS took that long to deliver because of the holidays so cannot blame Allivet. It is approximately $15 cheaper a bottle than purchasing it from my vet, can't beat that.
I received an email saying to use promo code stocks on my next order. When I put that code in it would not take, said invalid or expired. Very disappointed, I may chose a different pharmacy next time.
The only positive CSR interaction I had was placing the initial order, as I called to confirm the 'physical script' mailing process. Thereafter, at every point in the script filling process, there was mismanagement of the order, culminated by the lie about providing expedited shipping to correct their mistakes. Sure, they have great prices, but all it takes is one error in your order processing, and this company shows their true colors of not caring about the consumer (pet and human) and when called on a lie, does not bother to ameliorate it.
I was paying a fortune for meds for my old dog who has seizures. My FB friend suggested Allivet. Ever since, i will never get pet meds from my vet. They make it easy to connect with your vet so that you can purchase via email. Just give yourself 10 days when you place your order. This way you will always have those meds on hand. I will never go back.
I have had no problems with Allivet in the 4 years I've been ordering meds from them. I have 2 dogs and the costs were steadily rising at my veterinarian's office. For example, a 6-month supply of Sentinel would cost me $94.00 at my vet; the cost for the same item/quantity at Allivet is $52.99. A SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS! And that doubles when buying for 2... almost like getting an additional 6-month supply free! I've never had any difficulty reaching them by phone or email and they ship as soon as they receive authorization from my vet. I highly recommend them.
The place I used to order my Thomas Labs pet meds from does not supply them anymore. I am thrilled to have found Allivet. Since I have a cat rescue, keeping non-prescription medications on hand is paramount. Delivery was fast, and the items I received were intact. Thank you, Allivet!
Prices are 10% less than the local vets office. Customer service answered quickly and was very helpful. And I can use PayPal as my payment source. They also offer automatic shipments at a 5% discount and additional periodic discounts. I am very satisfied with Allivet as my Pet Rx source.
