This site was perfect. I don't know how many times I find a web shopping experience is not intuitive, this site is NOT one of those sites. Easy, quick, clear and concise. Plus the prices were great! THANKS for making this first time pet meds buyer (online) a happy shopper!
Since I don't drive, due to blindness, I thought a mail - order pharmacy, for my feline babies, would be excellent. I was so right in choosing Allivet! Even when the hurricane blew through Florida, they were very mindful to quickly communicate the trouble they were experiencing and that receiving my order may be delayed. They are the cheapest online animal pharmacy I've found. I'd recommend them to anyone!
I have used Allivet for years. Their prices and selection are wonderful. Their processing of orders is getting slower and slower. Their FAQ states they ship within 24 hours of getting a valid prescription. My last several orders have in limbo for days after receiving a refill order (once more than a whole week) before shipping. They have claimed my vet was only providing refills for 3 months at a time when my vet showed me they were authorizing 6 months at a time. Not sure what has happened, but they are not behaving like the old allivet.
Ordered a case of veterinarian prescribed food for my sick Yorkshire Terrier and 13 of the 24 cans arrived crushed (with some cracked open). I contacted customer service and they apologized for the condition and immediately re-ordered the entire shipment at no charge, with a note to double check the physical condition before shipping. They also sent the re-order with free 2-day shipping - and it arrived the next day. The rep advised me to throw away the cracked cans; and if I wasn't comfortable using the less severely dented cans, then I could donate them to an animal shelter. Chewy operates professionally, quickly, and in the best interest of all.
My dog Cody takes five different medicines daily to stay alive. I really depend on Allivet to supply the medicine. They are always on time with the correct products and a great price compared to our Vet. Cody says "Thank You Allivet".

How is this a way to do business? My pets prescription needed to be refilled and then he didn't authorize Asian from the veterinarian I keep calling I've even sent an email for them to call my vet and get the approval I can't get anyone on the phone I have waited for 15 to 20 minutes each time before I got disgusted and hung up. If you want to deal with stuff like this for the cheaper price then be my guest
Allivet has been my go to for my vet rx needs. They are fast with shipping and have the lowest prices out there. I feel like there always promo codes giving me 10-20% off on my pets medication. Glad I found Allivet!

Mostly positive experience, one time had an issue with a delayed shipment that they seemed unable to help correct, but most of the time, things are good. Some medications I have found cheaper here, others not, so its good to compare sites. Suggestion to Allivet - don't just ask us for feedback for your site but ask us for ideas to improve our experience with you.
Our dog was diagnosed with Addison's and was in crisis. We needed meds right away, but funds were limited. Allivet sent them as quickly as possible and even gave us a coupon to lower the price. They were quick, professional, and compassionate.
Prices are significantly lower than at the vet, and that's great. I have four dogs who use prescription meds. I mail the scripts in and they are kept on file, even when I don't need the right away. It's very convenient. I'm happy with this site.
Allivet has THE best prices anywhere. Easy to open an account and develop a customer profile. Super customer service, very efficient in following up with my Vet for Rx. Very fast shipping with reasonable rates. Reorder feature is very nice to have.
I recently moved from California to Florida. I've had a few glitches when ordering from Allivet because of the move but nothing that would keep me from ordering again. I order for a relative back in California as well as for my dogs in Florida, so I think it was a bit confusing at first. Now that we're over that speed bump, I think we're good to go. Allivet's shipping is first class; their packages always arrive sooner than later. I have recommended them to many.
The site is very user friendly, they make things easy, and they ship fast! Buying almost anything for your pet can cost and arm and a leg but in Allivet's website you find pretty much anything cheaper than you would anywhere else
Don't believe the statement "Satisfaction Guaranteed". I have had the worst experience ever trying to return an item. The total return would have been less than $20 but it has taken me 4 days of phone calls and promises and still no resolution. Makes me sad!
I have multiple aging pets who need extra care. The mounting costs of medications and supplements sent me searching for some way to give my animal friends the care they need in ways that would not financially break me. I found Allivet. Thanks for your help.
Allivet didn't contact my vet until after speaking with customer service 3 times, a rep finally called my vet and got a verbal okay. After all this, they were not willing to expedite my order. I will never use them again!

Very pleased with Allivet. Prices are worthwhile, no hidden discount exclusions or shipping fees (which really irritate me, especially on other sites where you can't determine them til you create an order), and I've found I can count on Allivet to get my order to me promptly, unlike some other sites. Nice to not have to waste time ordering and to not worry about delivery delays, especially when it comes to my cat's pet meds!
This mail order service is very convenient, and saves us roughly 50% over what the vet was charging us for our dog's medication. My only complaint is that every few months we get to the point that the auto re-order is happening before we are even half way through the previous 30-day box.
Only this past year has my border terrier had to take Rx to treat two medical issues. Our vet is located a solid 30 minute drive away, and although their price for Rx was very fair, and I love how they treat my dog, I didn't want to have to add one more errand into an already packed week/month. Receiving my dog's Rx from Allivet is affordable and saves me so much time. It also relieves me of wondering if I will be able to get the Rx on time since I signed up for auto ship. The Rx I receive from Allivet is the same as I would get from my veterinarian.
