Horrible! Ordered and paid and was debited immediately! Waited 7 days and called when the order never arrived. Took 5 tries to get a human on the phone who kept repeating that it was delivered already. Asked for a manager, waited on hold for 20 minutes for "Anna" to tell me it was delivered! I said I either need my $75 back or I need my order and she said there was nothing they could do! Had to report this fraud to my bank! BEWARE it's a scam! Take your money and ship somewhere with no delivery address or signature! Shame on them! Plenty of reputable companies to choose from with actual customer service!

Horrible customer service. I ordered medicine for my dog and it took a month to receive. Company offered nothing in return for me having to wait and my dog ran out of his medicine. No phone call and no email to tell me my medicine was going to be late. Decided to give them one more try. Ordered again, same thing happened. I finally called after two weeks had passed since placing my order, and they said part of my order was back ordered. Were they planning on letting me know this or just making me wait for weeks on end. Will never use Allivet again!

I placed an order which required veterinary approval that I received in a timely fashion. The following 2 months Allivet sent me the same order and billed me for $304 each month. That is a total of $608 debited from my checking account without my permission. On 3 separate occasions customer service assured me I would receive a refund within 7 to 10 business days. My refund NEVER came. My initial transaction with them occurred in August. It is now the end of December. I would consider them a financial risk and would take my business elsewhere.

I have previously written very positive reviews for Allivet but the quality of their customer service has declined over the last year. Anything coming from the pharmacy seems to take a long time... and this is not due to the shipping because once I get the email that my order is on the way, I usually receive it very quickly. And it is also not the fault of my vet's office because even refills are slow. In the last year, two of my orders have been incorrect and communication has been poor. Both times, the representative who answered the phone when I called about the mistakes gave me incorrect information. I got smart the second time and asked to speak to a supervisor. I think this is the only way to get issues resolved if you have a problem. My most recent order was correct, but was slow. I still am using Allivet because they have what I want at competitive pricing but I am more aware now of their limitations.

I have been using allivet.com to purchase my dog's prescription for several months now. When I was compared by prices they were running a special and the rate was markedly less than other similar sites and the vets office. I ordered the first time with no issues. They were prompt at sending the prescription request to my vet and then shipping the meds out. Unfortunately the price was up by the next month but it was still about the same price as other sites and there was no hassle because my information was already on file. Overall I have been satisfied with the prompt service at better or similar rates and plan to continue purchasing here unless the prices just change drastically.

We had a family pet suffer through a long illness from which he did not recover. Days before, we had received a delivery of some expensive medication which we no longer needed. The folks in customer service were nice enough to accept the unopened box for credit, and actually sent us an email expressing their sympathy for our loss. We were very touched. We continue to use Allivet for anything we need for our surviving dog, and will do so as long as we have pets.

My husband and I have many pets, 3 cats, 7 dogs 4 horses and 22 chickens. Some of those are rescues. My hubby is retired and due to my health am on disability. We strive to care for our animals as we would a human member of our family. I have a couple of aged dogs, one being my Lab tar who is 17 and is in the midst of having congestive heart failure. Purchasing her medication from my local very was very expensive. I found Allivet while searching on line and can purchase all 3 medications cheaper that I could purchase one from the vet. This has benefited both my husband and my lab tremendously. Thank you guys so much for having reasonable prices and quick shipping. We will continue to use you guys as our pet pharmacy! Thanks you for helping us to take paramount care of our fur babies!

I've looked at a number of websites that state they offer the best pet medication prices, and I've found that Allivet by far has the best prices. My dogs take two oral medications that are quite expensive, but Allivet offers them at a great price, especially when I order the larger quantity. Also, sometimes they offer $10 off coupon codes or 10% off your purchase at various times of the year, so it's not a bad idea to stock up when you see them. I highly recommend Allivet to everyone.

Medication for our dog is half the price from our local vet or pharmacy. I only wish they were able to supply one of the two medications required. Easy ordering online, once your place your order they will contact your vet for the prescription. Any refills associated with the prescription is kept on file for easy refill which can done on line or over the phone. The couple times I have contacted customer service they were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would recommend Allivet to anyone needing prescription drug for their pet.
