Worse and worse every day

Site used to be one of the best shopping sites, shipping everywhere, cheap shipping, cheap products etc. But after Covid and Aliexpress owners problems with Chinese government, site is worse every day. They don't refund me money when seller send me wrong headphones, they are using tracking codes that are not valid international tracking codes, and when package don't arrive (and that happens more and more often), they just say - go and ask your post office. Postoffice just say: this code is not valid tracking code, but their internal, and we can't find anything with this code!

Ripped me off for $300, Seller says he has 196 products in stock, but then has nothing to ship. All fake reviews, all fake Buyer Protections, This site is just another example of why China is the fraud capital of the world.

Beware of counterfeit goods and don't believe Ali Expresses Buyer Protection Guarantee to fully refund the customer the price of the good and the cost to return the products, even when they validate that the goods are counterfeit. I purchased what I later realised was fake and shellac. Ali Express agreed it was fake gave me a partial refund for the product and nothing for the cost to send it back. I was left with no products and worse off financially.

Aliexpress is really a great site where you can buy numerous items in an easy and fast.

Since I could run into the European customs cost but, for items with lower cost to 22, it is really perfect and is particularly fast in shipments.

A few years ago or so, I made a bad review mainly because I was losing a lot of items that do not have tracking numbers. Will, back then I was still kinda new to online shopping thing and it was my fault, I didn't have a personal P. O Box address so I would only go pick up items with a tracking number when I get a notice from my local mail office, the ones without a tracking number will not reach me so I think it's fair to point that out. After having a personal address mostly I had really good experiences, of course, it also depends on the seller. Finally, I wish they could make the connection with customer service easier personally I am not sure how, I think it was easier in the past because I did contact them before.

i just received an email from them saying that i continued to violate the Buyer Protection Program rule and they gave me some examples of the thing i violated such as Claiming an item hasn't been received when it has arrived and opening a case against a seller in order to get a discount or additional goods and services..ok fair Enough but is it my fault that most of their sellers send items with sh*t shipping carriers that gave you a tracking number that stops tracking once your shepment arrive at you countrey like it doesn't say where in you country it just says that it arrived and i just wait for 60 days(the buyer protaction period )and when i still don't get my order i open a dispute as simple as that ! but Apparently they don't want you to ask for your right they just want you to shut up and let the seller to take your money without doing anything and by the way i didn't receive any of the orders that i opened a dispute about and all they have to say about that is that this email is sent automatically and they cant do anything about it and they asked me to sign up with a new account

Complete thieves

After ordering multiple items from them and receiving half of what I ordered I realized they are thieves. After opening dispute After dispute, and providing tons of evidence, they constantly sidled with the seller and refused to refund me. How fair is that? I've been scammed numerous times already but now I learned my lesson. I have deleted my account and the app and will never shop from them again.

Be very attentive!

I know that are a lot of you guys who may think that Aliexpress is the best way to get stuff from China online, but you should know that there are a lot of pitfalls. First of all, the quality of the products you get may heavily differ from what they offer online. Secondly, the terms of delivery differ from what we usually are assured of. And lastly, there is a high chance of fraud, you know what I'm talking about. Though sometimes when I order an item, everything is OK.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I have bought many things from this site. But I have problem with 2 sets of Active Noise Cancelling earphones. They will not hold their charge. One runs out after about 10 minutes and the other runs out after about 2 hours. I opened a dispute and got nowhere from them. I was asked repeatedly to furnish video evidence, but how can I video the earphone for 2 hours? I wanted to send them an email, but could only chat with them. When I did so, I obviously was chatting to a robot, for I only got general, preprogrammed response. This is unlike AMAZON where I ALWAYS get an emailed reply within 24 hours. Their customer service is worse than useless, it just makes the customer angrier. ORDER: **************

The website has serious problems. It placed the order two times. I cancelled it but the website removed it the day after that. I did it again but again it was removed. Then I tried to return the copied order. It has been three weeks that I am involved with customer service and the seller and they do not accept returns. Customer service is not solving the problem however this happened due to their website problem. No results up to now. The seller is telling me I have to pay for the shipping of the return! It was an awful experience. I will never try it ever!

Please DONT buy from AliExpress website. The product looks 1:1 as Samsung, but its missing most of the samsung software features such as: NFC, screen mirroring, multi windows etc. The first phone I have received died after an hour. I sent it back(on my expense) and I received a new one after a month. It took some time to weak the phone to work in the UK. After a month of usage the phone started with the faults - the people can not hear me - as voice is breaking, there is some king of noise when the line when answered, the phone is getting very hot, and causes headaches. The data of the phone keeps turning itself off. Im very disappointed of the purchase. I asked for a refund, but the seller said that i need to change the review, I changed the review which is auto-set the the highest stars and cant be changed - so fake, No refund. There is no customer support line and the auto chat response is terrible.

I ordered a product and got the message "Pick up your package. Your order is ready to pick up. You have 15 days to collect your package." However, there was no indication where I should pick it up. I clicked on "track order" and found the message "Awaiting for you to pick-up" with no adress. I try to contact customer service, there is only a non-functioning bot, no possibility to chat with live customer service, send e-mail or phone somebody. I am never going to use AliExpress or buy anything from Alibaba.

Poor Quality goods

All the stores on Aliexpress websites are owned by the few people who own Aliexpress. They take orders from customers and after completion of order they change the photo to an inferior item and they send you that.

I started a dispute because the seller keeps telling me that my item has been shipped. However, after 5 weeks, the shipping status hasn't changed from leaving the country of origin and I dont have my purchase. I started a dispute and the seller extended the buyer protection. The AliExpress system asked that I accept the seller's extension, which I did. The problem I now have is the AliExpress system has "finished" or closed my purchase even though I have never received my item. You can't call them to complain as they don't have a number for customers to call. Using AliExpress has been a total nightmare for me and I want to warn others about this company

Placed my orders TWICE! Keep closing my orders and charged my agent fees! Should keep away from this apps... BEWARE if you placed order thinking that it went through and even got reply from seller order confirmed but next day seller reply that was closed?! Checked with Bank, transaction approved and went through and on top of the purchase price there is 1% agent fees being charged. So it AliExpress refund they will not refund this 1% -- isn't this not the right way of doing Business. You closed my order not because I didn't pay? So why charge agent fee which is not my fault!

Stupid service

The service ask me get the damage certificate from carrier, and then discuss the refund in next steps, that means the service don't want me get refund, why not ask seller get damage certificate, how bad experience! Seller choose the carrier and they only recognized the seller because they pay the transport fee
