I ordered clothing and jewelry from Aliexpress for almost two years. I had some problems from some sellers but, in the past, they were always corrected with a refund. I ordered an item just recently 4 months ago and never received it. I expected the same customer protection from Aliexpress.com but, did'nt receive it. Instead I got the run around and no refund. I would not recommend this site for buyers.
I used a coupon AliExpress provided and bought multiple Christmas gift for my family. AliExpress closed all the orders and refused to provide a reason after I posted the screenshot and proved I used their coupon account to the conditions. When I tried to talk to an agent, they simple disconnect the chat to avoid answering questions. I still see no refund, I spent about 150 dollars, do not trust this app!
I ordered for good which never came and the delivery said it was delivered to me in person, perhaps in my formal live cause I never saw it never happened in this life. Aliexpress never made effort to know where the item was but they told mW to provide proof I never got it, just very annoying and my money was lost. Avoid this site as they will only take your money with nothing in return. Just a waste of time and resources.
I bought an IPTV subscription for 12 months which I thought it was genuine, but I think I was scammed by the seller. The service stopped working after 5 days. I contact the seller but he did not want to give me a refund. I then open a dispute but unfortunately Aliexpress did not even read my comments. All they said in their email something about a remote control not working which I never mentioned because I never bought a remote control from aliexpress. I contacted them through the chat 3 times and all their agents promised to solve the problem, but they never did. Too much time consuming to try to get my money but they never gave it back to me. This is appalling considering I was a customer but aliexpress does not care about customer. They care only about sellers as they get percentage for everything they sell.
It was a great website few years ago. I bought many good things there. But now it creates a lot of problems with payments. It's very stupid when you bought something a moment ago, and not able to buy another thing using the same card. Support tells me that this is the bank decline payments, but the bank tells that it is their site does not accept payments. Due to this reason I'm using other websites at the moment.
I never received any of my two items from AliExpress. After many months of ordering a flash drive and a wrist watch from two different sellers, nobody contacted me for delivery and the items were not delivered but they were marked as delivered. This is my first time of buying on this platform. Unfortunately, I had a very sad experience. However, my happiness is that I didn't lose much to the fraudsters out there who call themselves AliExpress. Patronise them only if you want to lose your hard-earned money to these bunch of criminals masquerading as sellers. Order numbers are ************** and the **************.
Edit: I received the two items after five months. But both of them arrived earlier than that. One arrived after about one month of ordering it while the other arrived after two months. The screen of the wrist watch is also broken. So, I think the shipping company is to blame for late delivery. It isn't my duty though to get things right out there.
I ordered my wedding rings from here. The product never arrived and aliexpress would not refund them. So I have no wedding rings and an empty pocket. The customer service is robotic it is impossible to deal with a person. Therefore if your refund request does not fit the headings on the web page it will not be refunded. I am disgusted!
I ordered an item just to see how the service was. Never received item called a couple of times. Now when I call the number doesn't even ring and all of sudden busy tone!
When I talked to somebody before they said they would be sending item well it's been over a year now so I don't think it will be coming.
If they obligated a return to get your money back, it's unfare. You see for those companies to ship items over here is dirt cheap. For you to send back is a price. For 60 dollars or less, a large portion of what you spent would get eaten up in the return shipping. The only dispute that may be fare is the few cases that the item was decided that they'd just give a refund.
I love this site. I ordered a bunch of stuff for my wedding and all came as promised. As for the complaints that things take a long time to ship: Yes, they do but the shipping time is given before you order. If you can't wait that long, don't order! Mine came much, much faster then they said. All items as described. Our family uses this site for everything. No issues. Have fun!
Order 3 items, received 2. Have been waiting since Sept 2016 for the last 1. I have yet to get all of my order. I did a dispute on this and I received quick response just like they took the money from my account. Now they want me to remove the dispute because it is bad for their business. Why should I, I still don't have the merchandise, but you have my money. REALLY! $
The worst part of this site is the buyer's protection. The Aliexpress customer service does not value buyer's rights and allow unfair rip off to happen. I purchased a tablet from this site $336 and the tablet arrived completely cracked and damaged. After uploading all the picture evidence. The aliexpress customer team judged my dispute as invalid and no refund was given. I ended up with paying $336 for a piece of junk.
This is a place for those who want to buy fresh, latest and quality products for a much lesser price. You should be careful while ordering because it is difficult to return a product since it has to go back all the way to China- most of the times the buyer has to bare the return shipping charges. According to my experience, they have a responsive and responsible customer care, only thing is you must raise a dispute within the allowed time in case of any issues. Easy way to get the best product is to look for the reviews and star rating. Purchase of a product which has 4.5 and above rating cannot go wrong- from my experience. Only thing is we have to wait somewhere like 2 to 4 weeks to get the product in hand(Canada). Happy shopping!
This company is a horrible place to deal with. They charged me for $597 and I never even ordered anything for that amount took the dispute up with my bank and they still gave them back the money even though my order history clearly shows that I never ordered anything from them for this amount! I will never order from this site again and I will complain on every site that I can. Shame on chase bank as well for not reviewing my documents in a timely manner. The evidence is clear and they still took my money mind you I did order from several different stores so it's like that charged me twice for everything. Stay away if I could have given them zero stars I would have!
They are a bunch of frauds! I placed an order and the seller put it as shipped the next day so I can't cancel the order. Tracking number showed only electronic info was sent but seller used the no speaking English tactic when I messaged him to cancel my order.

Was looking for the bluetooth speakers having glowing lights but never found one. One of my friend suggested me this site and luckily on the very first visit i found it here and price was reasonable. The reason for giving 4 star is that my shipment reached 1 day late but overall it was good using AliExpress
Aliexpress partner with scammers, Aliexpress takes money from your account and dont pay sellers until you get it. But when it comes to you finding out the seller is a scammer, You cant cancel until the sellers agree!. Aliexpress wont give you your money back no matter how many times you have chatted to customer service, They wont help instead they feed you lies that they will take it up to management and you will receive an email from them soon. All lies.
I have been waiting for 15 days for this scammer seller to cancel my order. They keep reading my messages but no reply. Even though aliexpress has my money, They wont give me back until scammer sends me the fake phone... Awful Service.
Spent 60 quid there on shoes that are a British size 4 they sent me US size 6.5 now I'm responsible to pay the return God knows how much I'm disgusted the buyer protection is a big fat zero if truth be told
I bought a silicon doll from them. Instead of the face/head that was in the picture on the listing site I received a generic and not so attractive head. Their site says we would 100% guarantee get the same head that is in the picture.
It's been over a month now and I still haven't received the correct head. They keep stalling and giving me excuses that it is still in production, etc.
Their site also says that you're protected and that they don't collect your funds until you receive your item and you enter an approved or satisfied comment. They lie about that. The money was drawn from my credit card the day I ordered it. Very angry about this. Such a trivial reason to irritate the customer.

I bought an ethernet splitter which I found out that this was a useless extender not a splitter. When I contacted the seller they offered me $ 2 only. I asked for a full refund of $ 12.46 but they sent $ 4 only.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
