I like purchasing from this site. There are some very good sellers on aliexpress so it depends whom you buy from. I usually check out the reviews of the seller and feedback received for that seller before purchasing any item. But overall, aliexpress is really good
So i ordered 2 items they both arrived in decent time however as i used my phone number details on the site ever since then i constantly get spam calls and they are chinese spam calls which is annoying next time i order from here i will make sure to use a fake phone number.
I used to look for business partner on this site, so many choices can be found here and then I found it a bit hard to make decision. But it do help a lot, I finally find my long time partner soon. Thanks all the same
There was a problem with some sellers. But was resolved amicably with the seller by running AliExpress website to resolve the dispute accurately, realistically and frankly. Conflict resolution management is aware of responsibility and they are doing their job with care and honesty. Thanks then thanks.
I hate aliexpress... I ordered a dress on 9/19/2014 and paid extra for 3-7 day delivery, well the dress never came anna chen has ignored all of my emails, the dispute process is a joke. I will never ever ever in a million years do business with dem again
After 8 months I didn't received my phone. Store claims it was sent but I don't have it. Time for make a dispute is over, any way to reclaim money back is over. Aliexpress and store support has many nice - looking automated answers starting "My Friend" (+may emotikons), but it changes nothing. No phone, no money back. Can't do nothing.
Be carefully, they are not like " Amazon", shopping at AliExpress you will easy to get different kinds of issues that you can't imagine. Mostly you have to wait for month to get your ordered. They have many different prices strategy confused you. Most important thing is you maybe lose your money from exchange rate when you ask a refund.
A very bad experience with them. They have been charged lot of money from my account without notify me, besides product cost. They did not written anywhere that they will charged International fee, WH tax, FED Tax etc...
For sure, will not order anything from them in future.

I bought a portable external hard drive. The package appeared to be sealed, but when tried to recover, there were files deleted from it. The bad part was that the drive was malfunctioning. NO chance to open dispute since the link quickly disappeared from 'my orders'. Cheating theft site!
I started using this site for shopping in this autumn and never had any issues. The quality of goods is very good. Of course, you have to choose wisely by yourself, look into description and feedback of a certain good you want to buy and everything will be ok.
The company has no customer service department that you can a hold of. No phone number, No email, No life person, NADA. I will never do business with Ali Express and will no recommend them. I bought two lamps and they came damage and incomplete with no shades. I have been talking with manufacture for several month to no resolution. The company is till selling the shades with the lamps but will not ship the shades to me.
I have ordered mostly electronics on AliExpress, tablets and cables. I have received most of them, but they were not as described, I bet that they were fake. I asked for refund but they decided that I should send the product back and replace, and with the shipping cost, it was more convenient to me to keep the garbage and not spend more money. I will never shop at AliExpress nor do business with any chinese company or individual. They are cheaters.
I didn't bought anything from this website yet. But I intend to bought a dress from this site. The sales is very high. But I see so many horrible shopping experience here. Well, I just a little confused, If the website cheated on so many customers, how could it be still exist. And the sale reaches even thousands. Does they even create fake sale?

I've done a lot of business here and I've been receiving damaged, broken, non- working items. When I go to dispute and provide pictures they refuse to refund you unless s it's under $2.00. I've lost a lot of hard working money because of these issues! I was forced to fight then thru my credit card company! I highly recommend you don't buy a thing from here!
Placed an order, to my surprised the order arrived very quickly, but not as described. CAN'T RETURN. When tried to return, the return page was 'broken', the help desk was a joke and VERY rude. But the sale pages were still working. Lost money. Use this website if you want to lose your money!
I ordered clothing from this site not realizing that it was chinese based. All sizes are way too small. I ordered an XL it was not even equivalent to an american size small. I asked for a refund they said no and I had to go through a lengthy process and after being persistent they only refunded me $10. It was a joke, it is not where we need to be shopping. Do some research merchandise is cheap and there are no returns.
They do okay on some orders to get your confidence in them up. They say free return for any reason is guaranteed. Then you request to return an item that doesn't fit its description. They approve your return. They keep the item AND your money. AVOID!
I bought electricity saving boxes and turned out as fake. I find out about this fact when time to open dispute passed. I wrote to Aliexpress a few times about this but without any reply. Fake item on the top of the attached picture without condenser.
Aliexpress takes no responsibility of its vendors. They are free to do what they want to the unsuspecting public. Customer service is useless. The vendors hardly can communicate in English. And when they do, they will use the entire Britannica of the curse words in their reviews and comments. This is a legitimate website with illegitimate products promoted in it. Federal Trade Commission should be all over this website.
I have never had a shopping experience where it was obvious the seller was in the wrong, but I ended up on the losing end. I talked to Ali and the only resolution was to send the product back (shipping on me) and that was their protocol. Whatever happened to a company investigating and making a TRUE decision. I sent several photos. The product was totally damaged upon arrival, but I had to pay MORE than half of what I actually paid for the product to send it back. Rip off. They said they would give me a full refund, but is that really a full refund? No... Now I understand why they don't use paypal.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
