While the prices are a bargin make sure you are going to keep the item,trying to return/refund is impossible it's like they make it so inconvenient they want you to give up,also descriptions are not always accurate, they will advertise 2 bicycle tires send you one but picture shows 2 and says tires,they said they show 2 tire to show they have 2 sizes,BS! Just recently I tried to give them another chance I ordered a tube guitar bass overdrive, while it sounds fantastic on guitar on bass the bottom end is completely sucked out, advertised as guitar bass overdrive but useless on bass,sent a message but so far no reply I think I'll stick to Amazon,Ebay and other U.S.based supplier's.
I have ordered several times from AliExpress and it's products and services are so bad that I have decided no more buys with this bad company. My purchase items came to me as damaged, missing part, defective, used item and broken sent to me as new, late late arrival, etc. the time has come no more no more AliExpress. The last encounter was defective item was refused to refund. See the picture as attached here. I buy no more from AliExpress and that is my recommendation. Btw. The AliExpress seller is Smart 3C Storage store, I have warn them that I will tell this seller to the world.
If the item sent matches the item advertised there are few problems. Around 20% of the time the seller is dishonest in some respect and after your money, products are very low quality or do not match description - AliExpress does little to help customer.
Example: item purchased was not fit for purpose, provided photographic evidence and evidence of other purchasers stating the identical issue. The seller was dishonest and provided non genuine assistance, I opened a dispute to resolve & aliexpress provided assistance to the seller, resulting in full payment for a useless product being authorized and no action available to me. I was scammed out of $400 - I ordered a piece of professional sound equipment and was shipped a tiny plastic astronaut in bubble wrap. I reached out to the seller with no reply - then to AliExpress - after their process they said I was due a refund but then "froze" the order so I can no longer access any correspondence (Thankfully I took screenshots of everything before it disappeared. I am now hoping PayPal can refund my money but it has been over a month now.

There are problems with refund. I had 3 orders for which seller didn't sent product at all. After 100 days no refund at all. Support is lying that it is sent but my bank don't have any details. After few emails aliexpress start to ignore my emails. Also on all orders there is guaranteed money back after x days. In few orders that day passed and they refused to refund. A lot more for compliant and it ts really bad experience.
Do not know why I purchased goods from here, they are a fraud. Thank God I only spent 3 dollars but what a waste of money! Never ever buying from here again. Don't get tempted, you wont receive your goods from them.

First time to shop on Aliexpress, spent $56 and being sent a defective product, after hours and days to provide videos, proofs etc and then being instructed to pay more than the item cost $87 to ship it back and wait for months for a refund, but the seller refused to refund the shipping fee, after more houes and days chatting AliExpress issued me $87 coupon with great redemption restrictions. Finally they are successful to force me spending more to buy some useless stuff on their site, what a greedy company! Be caution on this site.

I bought few Shirts and jackets and they are all of bad quality and not as seen in the picture plus the sizes are complete fraud made just to rip you of all wrong sizes. I use Large and ordered XL for all, but they are like size small to me... Don't know why they do this...
And one seller was so rude and annoying in responses and I had the dispute open for 10 days or more with no help or place to report this bad attitude (stealing basically) from AliExpress... I will never use this rip of service at all and especially for clothing... It's a scam service.

Bought a wig for $167 in March, wig was different from what i ordered and could not be worn. I was told to send back and i would be refunded, cost me $42 to send back, now i am told package was not received even though post office said it was delivered so does the tracking. Despite numerous complaints left on Ali express nothing has been done to assist me in getting a replacement or my money back. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
Never received items. I opened a dispute and keep getting told to wait 10 days. It's been over 3 months. They still refuse to do anything about it. The items come from China, shipping takes several weeks. The site says they'll step in to solve the dispute, but they don't; just keep saying wait 10 days. Then when the 10 days are up, they say wait 10 more days. They just keep doing that. Very fraudulent site. Do not buy from them.
I have many different products from AliExpress over the years but don't expect any service if there is a problem with an order. I have had two problems and will never deal with them again. The first was for an item that never arrived and when I let AliExpress know about the problem, they sent me a copy of the delivery document which did not even have my name on it and no signature. Their comment, "We have looked into the evidence and the case is closed". The second was a faulty pair of gloves, I was asked to send photographs and a video and even asked if I could fix the problem myself. It was finally agreed that I return the gloves and the seller agreed to refund the $33.75. I returned the gloves and did receive the purchase price but the seller nor AliExpress will refund the $33.75. All I received from AliExpress was, "The case is closed and don't reply to this email".
You pay them. They send something else or something that's broken and keep the money. Two months later - still refuses to give back all the money. They refund just a tiny percentage and tell you it is not their policy to refund in full, even if they send you the wrong item or even if the item they send is defective.
They make it so very difficult to actually talk to a real person (there are youtube videos showing how you can do that) but even then the person you get to just says they will escalate the complaint and that's the end of the matter.
I bought a battery for my cell phone six weeks ago, and the website said it would be here in 20-38 days. It didn't come so I contacted the seller through the website but they never responded. I waited three days and contacted them again but no response. I guess that's one way to make money, but they'll never see any of mine again.
No stars, I would like to give this shop a pile of dog excretion as reward. I have never received this item, they have falsified a tracking number with an official stamp, really funny. Following the Chinese tracking company, it says that the package has been delivered to Germany, so I asked seller to provide my signuture against my dispute, they did not have. Furthermore there is another tracking number which provided by German Post, not trackable. In dispute, the refused my claim twice by misjudgement: I claimed that it says the package was delivered, but I have not received is invalid. They refused my claim which I have never made: the package is still in transit is invalid, no refund. Don't touch this shop!

Alliexpress did not honor this and changed the offer to below return shipping cost even with photo proof of poor quality product. Do not wast you money. I found a higher quality japanese product cheaper in australia
First time buying and it's been a mission to get things delivered. USPS doesn't help either. After 1 attempt my package was returned to sender. I called USPS to see if I could just pick it up from their location, they didn't have the package, they told me to reach out to AliExpress. I reached out to them and they keep telling me that the package was on hold at USPS. Is a back and forth. USPS says it was returned and AliExpress says USPS has it. Too much of a hassle to save a couple of bucks on stroller parts. I lost money. It's been a month and they won't refund me. The Tracking information stopped updating on their site and USPS permanently days returned to sender. Also I get emails nonstop saying delivery issue but nothing to rearrange. Hate this website.
