Buyer beware! Ali Express fails to provide accountability, legitimate customer service, and buyer recourse if something goes wrong. I ordered some electronics which never arrived. When I contacted them for shipping information and requested a refund, the "customer service" was a chat provided by a 3rd party for whom English was not a first language. They sent me a bogus FedEx tracking number to get rid of me the first time I contacted them, and then said I had to open a dispute with PayPal which was a dead end. I now have to open a dispute with my cc. AliExpress *looks* like a crazy deal for US shoppers and I can see why people are tempted to shop there (I was!) but they very clearly do not have systems in place for accountable shipping or resolving customer issues and it is very easy for them to scam and frustrate you by hiding behind ESL chat as the only way to contact them.
I bought a model of the Titanic with lights which was supposed to be compatible to Lego.
My goodness me what a disappointment none of the bags were labelled correctly and the colours didn't match up with what they should have been. There were pieces missing and none of the pieces fitted. I am convinced they were all rejects.
The name block which should have spelt TITANIC spelt TITANAC. I was so disappointed with the whole thing and wish I had never bought the thing.

I bought an item from the scam company Aliexpress, I never received the item, I opened a dispute, the scam company Aliexpress denied my refund stating that the item is in my country, I went to my local post office, they told me that many seller at the scam company Aliexpress use fake tracking number and keep the money without sending anything, this is a joke! If you don't want to lose your money simply don't ever buy anything's from the scam company Aliexpress.
I ordered a projector Lamp from a grand store on Aliexpress. The package box looked fine. But one of the lamp holding tabs was broken and the lamp fell off the frame. It is useless. I believe that a broken item was packaged and shipped. I tried to contact Aliexpress many times. The solution is no refund with no explanation. I'll never buy anything from AliExpress again. There are good sellers that treated you fairly, but some are not. Description of the things are varied, such as measurements, materials and especially their sizes. They're Asian size in general for clothing but sometimes the sellers don't know what they are doing. Making a purchase is about 50/50 chance but returning is not smooth as I experienced it. The lower section ask the proof of purchase which I already returned my merchandise but sellers pretended not received even with my mailing receipts.
We have an item which we ordered on the 7th Jan it still has not been sent we have canceled the order numerous times, it says awaiting cancelation then the order goes back to waiting to ship! We have had NO contact from the seller so what is the automatic cancelation after 48hrs we will not be using Ali express after this thankfully the item was not expensive and obviously they will get a poor review too take my advice use someone else
Retailer sent me a car stereo which did nothing when plugged in. After delaying me for 5 days asking me to test the unit using various devices which I don't have, they told me I would have to wait 10 days for a refund due to holidays (by which time my opportunity to dispute would expire). So I disputed it saying I wanted a refund. After waiting another few days Aliexpress told me a video showing the retailer connecting a different unit to a battery was proof that mine worked.? So I am out of pocket with a useless piece of junk and really not happy. EBay for me from now on. Aliexpress is cheap for a reason.
Purchased hard drive from AHU WIE Store. Store No.*******. Seller is a cheat. Claims that they have delivered my hard drive, but package has not arrived at all. Anyone, please teach me how do I show evidence that I have not received the goods? When asked for refund, they immediately refused and tried to close the case, pretending it is not their fault. I have not bought anything from them. However, I did is browse some items on their site, and set up an account. Now I get bombarded with promotional texts, emails, and ads that appear on every other website I visit. I can't even block them successfully in Outlook, as they have some way to evade the "Block Sender" function. All of the items on the site have 5 star reviews, which is just not legitimately possible, so good luck with any purchases.

Ordered two jackets. One came stained. The second one is missing, never delivered. I contested the charge saying it's lost in the mail and they auto-responded with a message saying my case was denied. I want to say "you get what you pay for" but I didn't even get that. I paid $40 for a stained jacket and $60 for absolutely nothing, a product that I'll never receive and a seller than won't respond.
Mediation with aliexpress seller was completed. Outcome was full refund and seller to pay for return shipping.
Alliexpress did not honor this and changed the offer to below return shipping cost even with photo proof of poor quality product. Do not wast you money. I found a higher quality japanese product cheaper in australia
