Taking seller side in dispute. Take very long time to settle and refund. Sellers are not honest beware of the vendor cheating on shipping method they will not give you tracking number eventhough they list shipping method with tracking available and higher price than other listing with none tracking shipping method and you can not open dispute in this case very frusitating

I bought a lens that was supposed to be a wide-angle adapter from this website, AliExpress. The seller sent a different lens that has a FISHEYE lens even though the description did not describe it as a Fisheye lens.
I complained, and they asked for evidence, I sent them pics of the distorted image and other additional pictures including a link to see that the lens is actually a FISHEYE lens, but they ignored all my evidence and backed the seller who never denied sending a Fisheye lens, nor submitted any evidence or any reasonable response.
They said I could appeal the decision which I did but since then they have not responded. Beware. This website does not protect the buyer as they falsely boast. They rather protect the seller - who I believe are themselves.
I have been buying at aliexpress for five years already. Basically, I'm satisfied. There were occasional unscrupulous sellers, or there were delivery problems, but any problems was always resolved.
Of course, it used to be better on ali - the coupons were better, the search worked well, most of the goods were free shipping. But even now, ali remains the main platform for online shopping for me.

You can feel sexually harassed by this companys employees and see that they are totally unwilling to help you solve the issue. Their live chat does not work at all (there is an automatic robot replying to you and NOT a real person), their employees English skills are too low to communicate with clients, they are the worst company that you can ever encounter!
NEVER BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS. They only care about your money. They will get rid of their inferior products by sending you the wrong item, and at this point aliexpress will leave no stone unturned to ASSIST THE SELLER!

Another swimming suit i chose size XL according to their table, but their XL came very small, i gave to my daughter 12 years 40 kg!

I have never received may purchase which was 30 days ago and the contact information is not good. Their name is Ali Express but they obviously do not know what express means. I rec'd an email the next day stating my purchase had been shipped but I have never rec'd it and cannot get a hold of anyone. Wish I has read reviews prior to purchasing because I would still have my $125.00. -
I had a packagewhich the post office delivered to the wrong address. The post office sent a email to me explaining that the post office did deliver the package to the wrong address. I sent this email to Aliexpress and ask for either a refund or resending the package. I have neither so this is $14.27 worth of bad reviews for them. There are other companies from China which do a better job. Stay away.

I made a purchase in Sept 2 2017, suppose to receive in 60 days. It's been 90 days, I got nothing.
When I complaint, seller will not refund, just keep saying wait for another 10 days, another 15 days... to no end. When Aliexpress step in, they told me I have to check in every 10 days for the next 50 days to confirm whether I received it or not, all the way until Jan 6,2018!

The main problem with this website is that there are numerous sales assistants and there is no stability. Sometimes you get quick delivery and great products, sometimes the order never arrives or arrives broken/wrong size/wrong color etc. In the latter case you have to demand a refund, but it does not always work.
