I bought 150 of books last year. I never received them or refund. Instead, I got automated response from their robot chat. The seller said that they could issue me refund, because it was handled by Aliexpress, and they used their shipping. Aliexpress didn't bother to respond with.
I love to shop on Ali Express. I started out with a hair bun maker and since I have been shopping for everything you can imagine. From jewelry to fountains and doggy diapers to shoes. I can always find what I'm looking for and for the best price too. If you don't fancy waiting for 1 or 2 months, just spring for Ali Express Standard shipping. Some sellers do it for free, some charge $2 or $3 for that service (some way more, but they are the ones you want to steer clear of).
Shop with varied products and vendors. We must beware of false products and dubious quality. Look for sellers with good reputations and friends. I bought cell phones, games, covers and electronics in general. Post selling leaves a little to be desired and the dispute system is too complicated.
Shopped here for a long time its really hit or miss, some times the stuff is crap some times it good and some times your stuff never even shows up(a lot actually)Never had a problem really until today... Canada post lost my 100.00 shoes. Canada post a whole other story really they are useless anyway because I cant prove I never got them I have to still pay for them. You would think these people would ship with some kind of insurance to protect you and them but they dont so if you want to gamble with your money go ahead and use them but good luck
Prices get raised at checkout. Be aware of seller Shop******* Store or best known as Kids&toy store, they normally are on AliExpress CHOICE specials items are shown at $1.99 but during checkout they will raise them to the original price of $3.50. I placed a second order to verify that prices are increased during checkout. Contacted AliExpress customer service and was told to contact the seller which didn't care. This seller has around 10% 1-star reviews but in reality, it is worse than that. I cancelled both orders and requested refund, because I was given a refund i was not allowed to review the seller.
I have been waiting for an order since December 2015. The seller keeps asking me to cancel the dispute, to change the review from 1 star to 5 stars and to buy more from him. Is there anything wrong with this picture? I suggested I'd simply send them more money without ordering products to help the Chinese economy. What do you say?
My idea would be to stop ordering from them going forward.
Stay away from Retro Classic Game Store
So stupid me bought a n64 game from them and I had problems from day one with it, it keeps turning on and off after 20 to 40 minutes of playing. They did offer a refund but it would've costed me over $20 to send back. Why should I pay anything out of pocket for a defective product? Never again will I trust them or aliexpress.
Very prompt delivery. Reasonably price. Item looks good and have a nice feel. Dont need to assemble much and works out of the box. Best purchase made so far in terms of delivery, product quality and description. Thank you.
I began shopping from aliexpress last year and from that point I have continued doing business with them. I find that they offer quality products, free shipping when orders are over a certain amount and fast. I travel a lot and received compliments every time. Because I'm known in my hometown to be a very classy and sophisticated lady they assume that what I am wearing they probably can't afford but I share with them this website when I tell them how much I paid for it. I also tell them that how the rich stay rich by being smart shoppers.
Received order as described but found error in my understanding. Logged dispute and contact supplier who agreed to exchange. I returned and supplied tracking information including signed receipt on supplier. Dispute period ended as did any more information from supplier. Alibaba has no additional means to resolve, they just shelter the thieves. America, avoid Alibaba.
I don't even know how to express myself. There is no law in China that prevents fake advertising that they do. My products were supposed to be delivered in 13 days. They even gave me a delivery date. But I'm still waiting after 3 weeks. Please do yourself a favor and buy US products only
At al l costs stay away from aliexpress. I ordered 2 guitars from 2 different sellers and did not receive either one. I was lucky and my gm mastercard covered the fraud.
After 8 months master card got the money back. What a nightmare.if it were not for mastercard I would have lost 525.00 usd.
First of all, after charging my credit card seller sen me a notification that there is no black color of smartphone anymore (which I bought). Once I agreed to get a blue color instead, they tell me to wait for the delivery, but I never received it. Now, when I tried open a dispute and sent several message - no reaction / no answers for two months. I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews, it's just a platform, so you should be a little bit more careful, need to look at the reputation of a given store, when it was registered, read reviews. You can count on the buyer protection only in one case: the goods are not delivered and it's is confirmed by the delivery service. No other "guarantees" (send date, color, size) are respected and the administration does not monitor their implementation. No one will go into details of your order. If you received something, it is believed that the seller has fulfilled his part of the obligations... I don't know what it is: low culture of service, or Chinese solidarity...
You have to follow their ambiguous rules "to the letter" or they will disallow your claim. All dispute messages between the customer and the seller are ignored, they'll only accept what goes into their "dispute detail", but good luck finding it on their Web site. Further, they sent me an email demanding provide a single photo showing all 10 items in my dispute - they didn't accept the photo of the single item, even though all 10 were the same. Providing the photo in the required 3 day time frame was pretty much impossible as I was traveling at the time, and they ignored my response about needing an additional day. So, even though the dispute had been going on for weeks, they decided in favour of the seller rather than give me another 24 hours.
Like I said, biased in favour of the sellers. Their dispute resolution system is unfair to the point of fraudulent.
Avoid this AliExpress.com, other seller will send you wrong item, if you have any issue with your purchased you will wait 3 months to escalate the dispute process (on top of waiting 1-3 months tracking status delivery). Return for refund accepted. But take note: You will shoulder the return shipping cost (not free) a lot of $$$ What a waste of time and waste of money. Most of all No customer service phone number you can call to assist you.
Never issued refund. Be aware of "Waiting For U Store" seller. Totally scam and fake. Seller knows that customer can't do anything. If you buy more than one product they will only mail out one and the cheapest one. Keep the money for expensive ones and never refund you your money back. Ali Express will close the dispute without refunding you. And there is no way to re-apply for dispute. I read reviews about other buyers too who got scammed.
They are scammers. I made a purchase, but they were never delivered. After a few days of talking to the site's support, nothing changed. Only they express regret. They took my time and my money.
I order from various of online shopping platforms, by far this is the worst of them all. After 12 months of going back and forth with them I simply gave up. But yet they were quick to take my money. I do not recommend anyone using this platform. If I could give them no stars I would. Unfortunately I have to give them at least one star to post this.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
