Their sellers have stolen my art images. They have a system for takedown but is impossible if you dont speak/write chinese!
I bought a product from Aliexpress on 11/12/23. On 01/16/24 I received a message that the package I was actually expecting in February could not be delivered without explaining why.
However, since I did not receive any prior notification of the delivery date, neither was the package left at my door, nor was there any message on the Internet, at the door or in the mailbox regarding the pick-up of the product after the failed delivery, I doubt that the delivery attempt really happened.
I contacted Aliexpress customer service, but they refused to return the amount (55 euros) and suggested that I contact the post office. They were surprised when they found out that there are more post offices there.
I wrote on Trust Pilot. No one bothered to answer me. However, someone from the entire Aliexpress delivery chain could have answered me at which post office the package was left, if it was left of course.
Neither Aliexpress nor the shipping company have any plans to do anything. The supplier must launch an investigation, they say. But since he has already taken his money, he no longer shows any sign of life.
As no one does anything, I can only believe that, at best, they are incompetent or they are hiding under the narrow responsibility of their roles.
Aliexpress, however, should realize that such behavior today affects not only their reputation but also that of similar Chinese companies (Temu...) engaged in such trade, not to mention China's, whose reputation costs much more and it cannot be repaired by further lowering prices. And I remain ripped off by Aliexpress and Partners.
Beware. The risks are real. It can happen to you.
I have ordered over a hundred items and have only had a couple of very minor problems. AliExpress made everything right. I am VERY HAPPY with my experiences with AliExpress!

They sell fake items at high prices. The "disputes" you can open are a joke, you can never speak with anyone. Save your money and buy in the USA
I ordered two items that never came and they told me that since it was past the time of dispute i could not receive a refund. Do not purchase.

This year 2020 has been the worst as they used to be kind of good and refunded your money when you got a defective item or an item that wasn't even close to the pictures and descriptions. This year alone the sellers won't ship the items you pay for, they put fake tracking numbers in to pretend they do. If you manage to get a parcel delivered to you, it is always defective. If it is electronics of some sort, it doesn't work and if it is a clothing item, it looks nothing like the pictures and description and is badly sewn with uneven pant lengths, uneven pant widths and uneven front and back for tops. This fraudulent website claims they have a buyer protection program if you get an item that is defective or not what the description says, this is a lie. They make you return the item at your own expense, which is always more expensive than the actual product itself, then when you refuse to do this because you lose more money on paying for shipping, they refuse your dispute request, give you no refund and close the dispute in always their favor. There is no direct way to contact them and they lie saying they gave you something that works or is just like the pictures and description in their ads. Even when you show detailed, clear, precise, measurements of videos and pictures as proof that you got sent defective items, the customer service representative don't look at it and automatically make the buyer return the item for a refund. The biggest, scam, fraudulent shopping website online now so avoid them if you want to pay for something that actually works like it is suppose to and is advertised what you will get otherwise you will get a defective crappy item with NO refund.
If I could give more than 5 stars, honestly I would have given up for you guys.

Always I have had a god experience buying in Aliexpress. And each time I havae had some problem with the sellers They help me to solve it well.
I still haven't gotten my items! These issues are having people switch their mind about shopping here.

The worst experience ever had for online purchasing. I made a purchase of 5 items. None of them were delivered. Two items were refunded to me in about a month for no reason. They simply closed the order. One item was refunded about two months later because the shipment was not delivered while the order is closing. So, I disputed and got a refund. So far, looks OK, just a little annoying. Then comes to the last two items. These two items were shipped out immediately after I place the order. I thought these two items will be the first I would receive. About 20 days later(in late Aug), I noticed the Ali order tracking shows fail to deliver. I contacted the store directly because nobody showed up for delivery. I don't why they would say fail to delivery. I was told to be patient because custom clearance takes time. Then the tracking shows estimate delivery in late Sep (don't remember it was 18-Sep or 20-Sep). But when it is the date, the tracking no longer shows an estimated delivery date. I thought I would just wait, so no action was taken. In Oct, the order is about to close, I contacted the store. This time, there is only system auto response. Then I started the dispute process. Ali customer service told me to contact the local carrier for delivery. I called Canada Post. I was told there was something on the package which made them believe they should return the package back to the shipper and the package was already on the way back to the shipper. I told Ali customer service. Ali customer service told me because I did not dispute the Aug fail to delivery issue, it is my fault. So, they would not refund me. This is the worst reason I heard every from customer service. I contacted Ali with a screenshot of my dispute in Aug. No response from Ali customer service. I checked Ali's online service, all order shows closed, dispute close. I no longer have a chance to dispute this order.

Answer: In my opinion. NO. I had to jump through hoops and make reports and threaten to make reports, it didn't help. I got my order, but couldve gotten the same thing from ebay faster and easier.
Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: There is no customer service what so ever so be very careful when buying on AliExpress. Buyer protection is a load of BS and if problems arise with your order they will always side with the seller. I would suggest using a shop that someone that you know has already used to purchase hair.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
