Had a dispute with seller which eventually had Aliexpress involved, all of the evidence i provided was completely ignored and i was denied because seller has "brand name" this is literally what it said.

THE PRICES, AS FAR AS I'VE CHECKED VERY THOROGHLY - ARE THE LOWEST FOR MOST ITEMS, AND MOST OF THE SELLERS DON'T EVEN CHARGE WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE, OR A REALLY SMALL ONE!

They really cheating shopping online company, i bought 42 pcs some items and i just got 2 of them now more than 10 days i tray to get my order and i chat many time with help center no one care! Decided to get Bluetooth headphones for recreational purposes. Delivery on headphones took about a month. Compared to other sites I have reviewed in the past this is a long time. Nonetheless, I received the headphones. The black headphones looked just as advertised. Instructions came with package. However, one Bluetooth headphone was audio functioning. Other headphone would pair to device but would not project any sound. Thus, I messaged vendor to inquire about problem. Vendor messages me back list of instructions, same instructions that came with package. Thus, I told vendor regardless of instructions both headphones fail to play. Vendor never responded back. Two stars were given instead of one star because of design of headphones. Buyer Beware!
I have been using AliExpress for the past two years to buy jewelry supplies for my handmade items and never had a bad experience, maybe one or two missing packages but I always got a refund, you have to keep an eye on the purchase protection so you can open a dispute before the time ends, overall very good experience. I really love the site and the prices but you have to be willing to wait to get your product as it takes several weeks.
It used to have good prices... now it's the same as ebay and amazon. With the difference that the delivery time are eternal
My order has been on it's way for 3 months. The site is built to protect sellers not buyers. Don't get rip off stick to eBay you can still find cheap sellers from China over there.

Feedback timing, language barriers and customer service. The window for Feedback is very limited. Limited to the point you may not even have the product in that period. If you have a problem with the seller you will find english is a foreign language. Be Aware if you have any problems with any of the products you will have to navigate a maze to actually speak to anyone on chat only. There is no phone numbers. I even tried the parent companies' website. It will put you back into a endless loop. Once I finally found someone I started to explain my problem and found there is a limit of characters you can use to write anything about 100. If you manage to get something thru to "A"hole on the other side, you will probably not be happy with the response. Mine was a complete smart a$$. One other note, the products look great. At first but they dont last long.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and arrived with defective zipper. Seller kept asking me what was the problem over and over again and would say `"what is your advice" and finally said "I don't know how to do" even after receiving photos of defective product as he requested them. Suppliers shut down for 2-3 weeks during the chinese new year. I have $2000 worth of orders just waiting to be shipping for 3 weeks now. They entered fake tracking #'s so that they could mark them as shipped. Aliexpress gives no way to contact them directly to complain about a vendor. Big troubles in little China.
