Had a dispute with seller which eventually had Aliexpress involved, all of the evidence i provided was completely ignored and i was denied because seller has "brand name" this is literally what it said.

I ordered about 20 DIY paint by numbers pictures. It took over 2 months to get them. I moved. 1/2 of the packages were forwarded. The rest never even made it. But tracking said they were delivered to my door... NO PACKAGE. I contacted customer service for a refund. NO REFUND and I was locked out of my account.

I paid for colmi watch Order No: ************** on Feb. 06 2018. The watch was shipped with missing strap and defective battery which could not be charged. Shipping charges to return to supplier costs nearly as much as the cost of the watch. Aliexpress buyer protection programme is just fake

As a customer, who HATES doing shopping offline where I live, from all kinds of reasons (Iwm from Israel), I admit that I've become sort of a real addict to ordering online. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO Aliexpress!
I've tried many other well know wesites before, but none of them made me feel so comfortable & safe like Aliexpress! It's began with ordering items from many areas. And it actually strted to work for me very well:-)! The sizes were fit (I'm not a skinny person at all!), almost everything I ordered from the sellers there arrived in the time range. Well packed, many add lil cute gifts to their order... THE PRICES, AS FAR AS I'VE CHECKED VERY THOROGHLY - ARE THE LOWEST FOR MOST ITEMS, AND MOST OF THE SELLERS DON'T EVEN CHARGE WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE, OR A REALLY SMALL ONE!
The quality is truly very good, descent! And you're always covered by the A. E team (which is one of the more efficient ones!), to open a dispute, if the item doesn't match its written size, color, damaged, no shipping track, and many more cases.

Decided to get Bluetooth headphones for recreational purposes. Delivery on headphones took about a month. Compared to other sites I have reviewed in the past this is a long time. Nonetheless, I received the headphones. The black headphones looked just as advertised. Instructions came with package. However, one Bluetooth headphone was audio functioning. Other headphone would pair to device but would not project any sound. Thus, I messaged vendor to inquire about problem. Vendor messages me back list of instructions, same instructions that came with package. Thus, I told vendor regardless of instructions both headphones fail to play. Vendor never responded back. Two stars were given instead of one star because of design of headphones. Buyer Beware!

Great experience.

I have been using AliExpress for the past two years to buy jewelry supplies for my handmade items and never had a bad experience, maybe one or two missing packages but I always got a refund, you have to keep an eye on the purchase protection so you can open a dispute before the time ends, overall very good experience. I really love the site and the prices but you have to be willing to wait to get your product as it takes several weeks.

My order has been on it's way for 3 months. The site is built to protect sellers not buyers. Don't get rip off stick to eBay you can still find cheap sellers from China over there.

Customer service... wow, all they have are bots, or it's some person that copy and paste phrases that not only that did not help, but really ticked me off.

Stay away!

First of all, after charging my credit card seller sen me a notification that there is no black color of smartphone anymore (which I bought). Once I agreed to get a blue color instead, they tell me to wait for the delivery, but I never received it. Now, when I tried open a dispute and sent several message - no reaction / no answers for two months. Moreover, now it's written: "you cannot open the dispute, car it's too late" I am very disappointed as this seller is thief

Feedback timing, language barriers and customer service. The window for Feedback is very limited. Limited to the point you may not even have the product in that period. If you have a problem with the seller you will find english is a foreign language. Be Aware if you have any problems with any of the products you will have to navigate a maze to actually speak to anyone on chat only. There is no phone numbers. I even tried the parent companies' website. It will put you back into a endless loop. Once I finally found someone I started to explain my problem and found there is a limit of characters you can use to write anything about 100. If you manage to get something thru to "A"hole on the other side, you will probably not be happy with the response. Mine was a complete smart a$$. One other note, the products look great. At first but they dont last long.

I have ordered a car jump starter in November 2017, still I haven't received the package and I have opened a dispute about this. The seller refused to give the refund and then I have contacted the customer service, it was really annoying. The customer service representative really didn't care about my concerns. I recommend you all not to buy anything from them. Because they don't care about the buyers concerns. Maybe this online store is good for sellers

Laptop sleeve case

Bought this as a Christmas gift and arrived with defective zipper. Seller kept asking me what was the problem over and over again and would say `"what is your advice" and finally said "I don't know how to do" even after receiving photos of defective product as he requested them. Since then, I've been in touch with at least eight staff members at Ali Express who said they we're sorry, they were concerned and cared and understood how I felt and that they would take care of this and keep me informed. They were going to contact the seller. Believe me I was never informed. I always need to contact them again again and again and repeat repeat and repeat the same thing over and over. Just a bunch of lies. Until today, it still hasn't been solved. I just need a refund and that's it. Very disappointed.

I ordered a solar inverter a long time a go on summer last year 2017 and waited for the inverted for long time to arrive and never arrived I ask for refund and AliExpress employee name lue and angela which I never hear a Asian woman name angela but anyway they told me that I need to open a dispute to get my money back but never happened well that company is a bunch of BS that I find out that those positive reviews that they got are created by then and no by customers. In rating a give then negative 120 %.

Suppliers shut down for 2-3 weeks during the chinese new year. I have $2000 worth of orders just waiting to be shipping for 3 weeks now. They entered fake tracking #'s so that they could mark them as shipped. Aliexpress gives no way to contact them directly to complain about a vendor. Big troubles in little China.
