This is a collection of Chinese sellers who advertise products they don't have, provide fake tracking information and then close the order so you can't file a complaint! Even going through PayPal still represents a lot risk because they do not respond to them either! Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and just stay away! Same for DHGate!
I've purchased a few items through AliExpress but had a bad experience with the purchase of a laser pointer. It was non-functional straight out from the container and I made a short video showing it didn't work by showing a functioning light, taking the battery out, and using the battery in the laser pointer and it didn't turn on regardless of what I did. Despite showing it was obviously faulty, they chose to disregard that and deny me a refund. Therefore, the phrase "caveat emptor", or "buyer beware", is very appropriate for AliExpress and its associated vendors. Don't spend any substantial amount of money on any of their products because you may receive junk or cardboard pieces that are nothing short of fraudulent practices and lose your money to someone that doesn't deserve it.

I have sent all needed documents for AliExpress to prove that AliExpress Standard Shipping mis-delivered my combined shipment, and I even included an e-mail from the shipper apologizing for my experience. I included photos from AliExpress Standard Shipping's end carrier showing delivery at an unknown house address. AliExpress wants ME to contact their shipper again to find out WHY they lost the package and want ME to demand some obscure shipping document from their own end carrier.?! AliExpress is just running me around. It is clear AliExpress has no intention of refunding my money in spite of there being clear proof available to AliExpress simply by looking at the photos provided in the tracking info by their end carrier, PiggyShip.com. Shame on AliExpress management. :(

Stop using Ali Express customer service, because they help scammers to take your money. Now I have two months running after refund the money that I paid or to get back my parcel, and I did not get any of them. I never received the products. The seller refuses to start an investigation and the customer service constantly rejects the complain. I am lucky that this is only an amount of 33 euros as I see others who are scammed for more by AliExpress. Please stop ordering here, as they really are not there for the customers.
They sent an email saying item was returned to them damaged. Now they want a pic of the damaged item from me to get a refund! I explained I never even SAW the item but they don't understand. Told me to dispute it. Never never never buy from this place. If you read the positive comments made by people you'll notice they can't spell. That should be a clue of who's actually writing them.
The website has serious problems. It placed the order two times. I cancelled it but the website removed it the day after that. I did it again but again it was removed. Then I tried to return the copied order. It has been three weeks that I am involved with customer service and the seller and they do not accept returns. Customer service is not solving the problem however this happened due to their website problem. No results up to now. The seller is telling me I have to pay for the shipping of the return! It was an awful experience. I will never try it ever!
I'll try to concentrate my 10 years experience with AliExpress in several advises:
1. Don't buy ANY EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT there. They will refuse to refund if it is lost in your country or if delivery takes long time, because their "protection" is gone.
2. Don't buy ANY batteries there, you never get described properties and they will refuse to refund because you are not a "professional tester" of these properties.
3. Don't buy from recently created seller, it's mostly just fraud, with fraud tracking number. You will wait for your parcell untill their "protection" will gone and they will refuse to refund.
I made a purchase online with AliExpress for $109.27 on 6-14-2023 & was supposed to have received 8 Disney shirts (purchased for my Disney Cruise which is on 8-1-2023) by 7-6-2023 and NO Later than 7-11-2023 per their "on-time guarantee" delivery. I have contacted the seller, AliExpress, ACI (shipping partner that claims USPS has it), and USPS (which claims the shipping partner has it) and NO one knows where this pkg is BUT AliExpress claims the carrier is trying to deliver it, and wants me to wait til 8-18-2023 for delivery of these items that I purchased on 6-14-2023 that has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023. AliExpress nor the sellers are able or willing to give me any information as to where this package is, what carrier has this package, or an ETA for this package. I only receive daily emails claiming to be "shipping updates"
