I ordered for good which never came and the delivery said it was delivered to me in person, perhaps in my formal live cause I never saw it never happened in this life. Aliexpress never made effort to know where the item was but they told mW to provide proof I never got it, just very annoying and my money was lost. The quality of product order was extremely poor and was charged for the order and at customs separately which is not unacceptable. When i requested a refund they refused. I placed an order for 3 other items in May and till date i have no idea when I will get it.

Tracming number provided is fake as it doesnt come up anywhere. After exhaustive efforts to send pictures of the damaged guitar on their website that restricted content, and Ali Express accepting that the manufacturer was in error, they indicated that the manufacturer wanted the guitar returned to them before the issue could be resolved, at my expense. Ali's website allows the manufacturer to place the responsibility of the return of damaged goods on the purchaser. This is the catch 22. The cost of returning the guitar to China was $800. If you try to track your order by using your log-in information (you are forced to create an account to place an order), you get a website that is in Turkish, and even with the spotty English translation via Chrome, your password is not good, and your email can supposedly be verified but after you receive the verification number, it is too late. I wasted half an hour just trying to sign in. It's an endless cycle of foreign gibberish (hell). DON'T ORDER FROM THEM EVER.
Sellers send you bad items or mismatch one, even their customer service are scammers, they dont refund anytime back, instead they close your account, so you dont get your refunded.

I would never recommend you AliExpress.
They have cheated on my orders. I have placed my orders in Dec 2017. Today is July 19,2018 still i have not revived my order. And am asking for refund from the month of MARCH 2018. They do not want pay me back or delivery the items. Every single day they are dragging it.Its pathetic.
From my own personal experience I've ceased dealing with aliexpress for the following reasons:
- some Items were dead right fraud.
- refund takes very complicated and lengthy measures.
- aliexpress doesn't put customers first, in my experience i've been on the short end of several diputes (one case they refused refund because they insisted I do custom clearance although the port the item arrived at was about 1200 km away).
- even though some items have very good review that doesn't mean it's not fraud or bad quality.
TL; DR don't spend money on this site unless you absolutely don't need it no matter how good the purchase you're planning on buying.
