Credit Card Purchase

I tried to make a purchase on the Aliexpress website. It would not accept my Visa Card so I cancelled the order. I tried to contact customer support which is supposed to be 24/7, after 1/2 hour of trying, I was not able to speak with a customer support person so I gave up.
When I went to appeal the transaction, it took me to a page asking for a picture of my credit card and a bank statement before I could purchase something from the site.

11.11.2015 i bought on aliexpress tablet in value 140.72U$, Aliexpress give me discount 10$, i make payment via paypal 130.72$. Merchant information: New Times Technology Co., Ltd ( http://www.aliexpress.com/store/*******). After cca 21 days i received tablet with lower configuration (in value about 40$) and with wrong ship time (i pay for faster delivery 6$). I started dispute process with merchant, Merchant agree with sending product back to China. I send back tablet with full equipment and with original container. I payd 20$ for post services with insurence (covering forfeit and damage package). Merchant received package and uploaded on web video with damaged and dirty package. I could not verify whether the damaged Shipment received by traders from the post office or destroy it to avoid paying the full amount of your refund. After opening package tablet had broken display. I requested after the commencement of vendors claim to the post office. Since he took over the already damaged consignment can I make a complaint. He denied this and sought compensation for damage to the display. The complaint was forwarded to aliexpress custom service and ruled in favor of the seller. AliExpress send me back compensation only $ 95.42. If you look evaluated this seller http://www.aliexpress.com/store/feedback-score/*******.html cheating This way all customers (some even detect fraud.) AliExpress that tolerates and allows dealers to rob other consumers...

I placed an order on the website July 29th, 2015 and today is November 22nd, 2015 and I have yet to receive my order. A little history about what happened. The postal company could not locate the delivery address and therefore they sent the package back. Since I realized this had happened I messaged the seller back in September. They said ok they will send a new dress. Once again no shipping notification was made. Two weeks later I messaged again, the seller said they did not receive the package back as yet. Once again I gave it some more time. In October I asked for a refund, the seller said send the address the order will be resent. I messaged back 10 days later saying once again i received no shipping notification. The seller messaged saying they have not received the package back as yet. It has now been nearly 3 months since the order was placed and I have received no dress and no money. In a good business they would accept this as a lost because of the shipping company and satisfy the company. I would have been ok with accepting another dress or even a credit at the store so they would not lose the money. Everytime I message they keep saying they have not received the dress back. This is not my fault, I did not receive the dress and send it back I never received it so this is not my issue. Never again will I buy from this site and more specifically this store. I will continue to write reviews on every website about how this store STOLE my money and never sent my product!

I purchase items from YXMOULD Fondant Museum Store in Ali express in October 2020 and since than today 1St Feb. My items not received. I opened the dispute with Ali Express but they Protecter the SEller and closed the case without refunding my any penny. I made a Purchase of 49Dollars from the store YXMOULD Fondant Museum Store. Seller Asking to wait more even after 4 months passed and send Auto Reply. They all are thieves stealing people money. Ali express and Sellers are same looting the money from Buyer. NO protection for Buyer. If you receive items you are lucky. But if you dont receive forget that you will get your money... Dont waste your money on Ali Express and store YXMOULD Fondant Museum Store.

AliExpress is a rip-off. Period. This is my experience: I am a sucker for high tech gadgets. I spend a good bit of money on my toys. Lately I've been collecting higher end lasers and powerful laser pointers. They are great fun (don't point the at planes!). Anyway, so I buy what is advertised as a 500mW, multi diode, red and blue high power laser pointer. The cost is $169.70 with shipping to USA. When the unit arrived it was packed just in a thin plastic bag. The item was actually dirty and clearly not new. The thing worked a little. Only the red laser came on. The blue was dim, barely visible. When I measured the device on a laser power meter (two different LPMs actually) it clearly showed only 150mw, not 500mw. So I requested a refund. The seller said no. I filed a dispute and took the time to upload a ton of video evidence which clearly showed what I was saying was true. At first they said I could return it for refund, but when I asked for the return address they gave me the run around for another week and then finally told me to go find a local repair shop and then send in the bill for the repairs?!?... are you f#%ing kidding me?!?!?!?... to top it all off, I can't even complain or post a review about the seller as they have removed the option from my account. I am done with AliExpress for good! They completely suck. There are plenty of alternatives in the market where I don't get treated like I am the bad guy!

Ive been a customer for over ten years. They charged me twice for the same order. They refuse to refund my money. Ive been trying for 8 months. There is no way to speak to anyone that has any ability to even understand a complaint. They will repeat the same copied and pasted message via email over and over again. I have hundreds of screenshots of bank transactions, transactions from their own site, chats, emails, etc. Here is an example of the email I received in response to my complaint with all evidence attached to my message:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting AliExpress.

Regarding your query about payment value of your order, please note payment for each order could be received only once in our system. Possible reasons of double/multiple payments:

1. Payment was triggered mutiple times and processed successfully. Refund will be processed to you automatically in this case. Normally, it takes 3-20 workings days for you to receive it in your bank account.
2. Payment for another order with same value. You may also go to 'My Order' and double check if any other order with same value under your account.
3. Bank hold on money temporary. Sometimes, bank sends message for payment authorization first and deduct money from your account after payment captured. In total, money will be removed once only in this case.

If you still have concern about this value, please double check with bank if possible.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation which is highly appreciated and we hope you have a great experience shopping with AliExpress.

Again, this transaction is 8 months old (December 8,2023). There has been no bank error.

They stole $250 out of my bank account and refuse to return it. Ive been promised a refund several times but they just ignore me and pretend it never happened even though I have screenshots of every chat and email.

This is an extremely dishonest company, with poor customer service, no address, phone number, or email available.

Your payment and personal information is clearly not safe, since they can process transactions without your approval. You have no recourse once they do.

They hide their contact information, ignore consumer protection laws, and dont care about a customer's experience.

I will not write the whole story to what happened to me, to many details.
I will make it short and understandable!
I made a purchase / it arrived damaged / had to go in dispute.
What followed:
Everything on the site was made so you get discouraged to pursue it.
I was given 3 days to respond, how to respond was not clear, there was a dispute page were I could send messages to the seller but none of it was official, had to press the exact 'respond' button to have a correct follow up ( which I saw after not getting any respond). Had to be able to work with Photoshop to make an attachable Jpeg of a print-screen of the seller his 'unofficial' message. I was clever enough to follow all their mischievous 'make it hard' regulations but never saw a refund because their dispute 'construct' is made so that the 3 days are over before you can manage to get all the asked for details in the right page or mail or box on the right page.
Maybe a bit abstract when you haven't experienced it yourself but clear enough to know that when you have a bad experience, you are in trouble with them, and you will loose!
Baseline: DO NOT BUY FROM ALIE EXPRESS / first class online pirate business!
I hope people will read this and share it online and face to face.

I ordered a Christmas present a week before Christmas and they told me 10 days of processing time plus 7 days shipping time which is bad enough. Then the day AFTER Christmas they tell me the order is sold out. Frustrated, I tried to cancel the order and you have to give a reason for the cancellation. I kid you not if you select "Buyer Ordered Wrong Product" or "Duplicate Order" they claim you will receive your refund in one day. If you select "Not in Stock" or any other reason which would negatively credit the website instead of the buyer they state you will receive your refund in one month. As proof here is the message they sent me (please excuse the bad English it's a Chinese website and was straight copy and pasted):

"if you dnot like to change or wait more days, please cancel the order, only buyer can cancel it.
The cancel reason please choose "buyer Ordered Wrong Product," or "make Duplicate Order". Then payment will refund to you quickly in one day. And please give us postive feedback.

Please dnot choose other reasons, dnot choose" seller not sale or not instock so on". Because these reasons refund will be more strick and take one month.

This should be illegal.

I ordered a keyboard for my Envy X2 Touch Screen Laptop, it said it clearly in the title of the product that is what it was for. There is nowhere in the description where it says it is for an Elite laptop. I filed a dispute with them, and the seller said he'd refund me. I assumed they'd pay for shipping, they would not and costed me $50. I contact AliExpress and they said they'd help me. I sent it back paying the fee expecting to get it back... I didn't. They said there was no evidence of the Seller offering to pay (no there wasn't, I was under the impression AliExpress was going to MAKE them pay for it)

The sellers argument is that I bought the wrong keyboard, the Title of the Keyboard CLEARLY states it is for MY Envy x2 laptop and not the Elite. I do not understand how I am in the wrong in anyway. I am now out $110 and do not even have the refund for the keyboard is lost somewhere in China (not AliExpress' fault but sure adds to my anger). If it is truly User error they did not explain to me or show me how I was wrong. Attached to my review I have the screen shot of what the product description was. Happy to hear how I ordered the wrong thing.

Warranty replace of battery

Seller sent me wrong battery. It was not charged at all. He promised to replace it in warranty. I am still waiting for the battery after a month and seller doesn't answer me at all! THIS SELLER IS NOT RECOMMENDED BY ME! 10USD was droppet to dustbin!

I placed an order via the site then canceled the order few hours after since I found I did not see the postage that doubled the price. Instead, I found similar product with lower price on local site. Then the nightmare starts, after several days, I accidentally saw a message say the item is delivered. Then I checked the message. Though I asked for cancellation, the seller said product is in stock and ready to be post. (Buyer cancellation does not means cancellation, seller decide you cancel or not) After received the item, I required full refund and return product with return postage. The seller then approved the dispute and not issue refund and pay for return postage. Customer service is never seemed sure about whats going on. One CS called Zero even say I got the item so I have to pay for it. And i am also been informed sellers return policy is buyer response for return. The issue of cancellation and dispute promise of full refund and return postage is totally been ignored. If I do not return the item. They will issue the full amount to the seller. They suggest me to pay the return postage, double price of my original purchase to return the product then open a compensation due to they has no control of return postage. I simply leave the issue behind by then. Low price means no guarantee, no service and lost of money.

Seller even ask me to give 5 star rate to his service that is simply ridiculous as condition of full refund after all the hazard and who knows if he will refund. The most ridiculous thing is then the costumer service said the full refund is based on 5 star rate...

Cheap looking, poor quality knockoff!
I ordered a dress from aliexpress, the store was called Love Kiss Evening Dress and Wedding Dress Manufactory. Store number *******. The contact person I dealt with was "Jack".
This dress was for my daughter's homecoming. We ordered it on Aug. 22nd. We never got any info from the seller as to shipping, delivery, or a tracking number. After repeated and IGNORED emails, the dress finally came one month later on Sept. 22nd.
The dress was similar, but NOT the same as the picture. It was cheap and poor quality, there were gems falling off before she even tried it on.
I contacted "Jack" once again to express our disappointment and to give them an opportunity to fix the situation. His reply was,"no return/no refund". Since then I have done some research and I believe the picture on their website is of a JVN dress by Jovani. The dress they sent me is what is known as counterfeit! A cheaply made knock off that is similar in appearance, but NOT what is pictured. I have repetitively asked for a refund, they have done nothing!

Aliexpress is the same as alibaba. They are the same scam artists. You pay for escrow service it makes no difference or you are offered free aliexpress buyers guarntee. Its a lie. You have to dig through their customer service site to find non existent replies or one replydays late. Finally i found a phone number for their california office. Wendy was very condescending. I should read the email first to question or dispute the items defective within 5 days. I replied that i received the order it looked fine when i washed it within 30 days as required by california law where they are based i found it was cheap hair from grace yao qingdao grace hair product co ltd. to no avail. You try to dispute the order the button online will not show up they refuse to cancel orders and you find they are synthethic wigs from qingdao long and xin and qingdao au shine co ltd. i am going to fight these people tooth and nail. They have unfettered access to our markets we have very limited access to theirs. I am going to fight them to the very end. I returned all hair items to china refused shipment for the last one. That has not been entered as returned order on their site in my order history i will hope mastercard sees this is a pattern. I thought john ma and yahoo china were honest. I was wrong.
