After 2 weeks my order was auto-cancelled & no notification from them at all. After weeks of back and forth where they had to "confirm with the dispatcher that the item sent was wrong (the dispatcher denied it by the way) they finally agreed to refund my money right away via paypal. I never received my money so I contacted them again they told me they thought they had said Monday for the refund. Monday came and went and I still never recieved my refund. They then told me they can't do it via paypal (which is definately NOT TRUE) and told me it would take 7-10 days to return to my card. Any other time I've ever needed a refund it has been returned to me within a day, yet I still have not gotten my money back! Save yourself the time and don't bother with this company!

This seller is refusing to work with me... if the seller and I do not settle the dispute in 3 days all money goes to the seller and the dispute is cancelled. So a seller just has to refuse to compromise when sizes and colors are wrong... and they still get all the money and the buyer is left with three pair of unusable boots.

The website is designed to frustrate you and prevent you from making a complaint. The Live Chat was also time consuming, frustrating and a wasted of time. All in all very bad service, none of the agreed time frames were adhered to and very dishonest business acumen. Buyer Beware!

I bought an iPhone 5s from that ali, I spent 365 euros, it came in good time, at least for China and was well packaged. I didn't use it immediately as I had no cover to protect it, after a week I started to use the phone and noticed that most of the time I had no cellular/network coverage. I messaged the seller to ask if they could help, I was told to restore the phone and I did so through iTunes, long story short the iPhone no longer works as it wont reactivate through the apple servers. And because I'm outside of the 15 day window to open a dispute, I am left with a very expensive brick.
