Cheap quality! Do not waste your money! Yes it may be only like $10 that you're spending but that $10 could have bought you lunch or a good drink or gas. Now you have an item that you're just going to throw out. More wasteful items thrown in our country causing pollution. I have to admit I got sucked into their "great deal" and hope I would get what was advertised. And i even purchased only from the seller who had good reviews from other buyers. Remember everyone has different in opinions, something can be trash to someone but can be a treasure to someone else. I learned my lesson the hard way. I actually purchased a couple of times from this site. I ordered a bag that looked pretty legit to the real ones in person. THe outter shell looks pretty good but once when you open inside... its a different story. It was poorly made. And started to rip within a month. The strap fell apart when I was carrying it out in public! It was so embarrassing! NEVER AGAIN WILL I purchase a fake bag.
It also took over a month to arrived.
Others stuff I ordered before was completely cheap! THIN see through material you can't even wear. Or the sizes are super oFF. Runs either super Huge or super small! So trust me DONT WASTE your time sitting on this site to shop like I have. And then receive it a later and end up throwing it out.

Okay so I went to buy 3 phone cases 3 days ago and I'm like okay great good deal you know? So I receive the email saying to make an account and so I did. I looked at my account to see how my order is and I couldn't track any order that it said I didn't have any orders. I never received a confirmation number. So I told customer service and not only did they not pay attention and repeated what I said my issue is but they wanted my pay proof on my credit card. They also asked me very personal questions that no customer service should ever ask. I would rate this negative billion stars if it would let me. So don't ever go on this website they are scammers and money stealers.

I ordered a small goods just to try if thiis is a good source for buying stuff. Result is very bad. They charged very quick and sent messages that the goods was sent. I waited 5 days, 10 days, 20 days and nothing. Trying their web sites and it just going round and round and round... and my order simply do not show in their site. I think they charge the money then just walk away. I will not use them and suggest people don't use them either.

I ordered a hootie and supposed to receive it in 12 to 20 days.
After 30 days my ordered was not even shipped yet. I messaged the seller 10 times, no matter what I asked the answer was: "okay, my friend".
I opened a dispute and no response from seller or aliexpress.
I don't care about the $20 I paid but definitely wont waste my money anymore.

Will charge your credit card, not send you your goods then tell you that you can not get a refund because you didn't respond in time. Then because they're based in China they kniw that international buyers can't do very much. When you try to contact customer service they are super confusing and difficult to deal with. On top of that their English isn't very good. Beware! Beware! Beware! Their what appears to be affordable prices are only to mislead you so they can rip you off.

BAD PLACE TO SHOP

I bought a Multimedia Player at Ali Car Store and when it came the screen was cracked, I'd told them via messages and they promise me they send me a new screen and I payed for the shipping. They lied to me for almost a month and now I can't open a dispute for the player, because you have just 15days after you received your package to open a dispute and when I contacted them on the status of my package they said it was returned to them. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM ALI CAR STORE OR ALIEXPRESS THE WORST PLACE TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE YOU'LL GET IT.

Very disappointed

Bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from them and now they won't accept my payment method even though it has been paid and they never had any issues with me. Their customer service is a joke. They never responded to my problem. I am at the highest customer level they have and l am being treated like l am a fraud..

I ordered for good which never came and the delivery said it was delivered to me in person, perhaps in my formal live cause I never saw it never happened in this life. Aliexpress never made effort to know where the item was but they told mW to provide proof I never got it, just very annoying and my money was lost. Avoid this site as they will only take your money with nothing in return. Just a waste of time and resources.

The quality of product order was extremely poor and was charged for the order and at customs separately which is not unacceptable. When i requested a refund they refused. I placed an order for 3 other items in May and till date i have no idea when I will get it.

I never received the item I ordered. The delivery partners they choose are clearly not reliable - they display my item as delivered and I have never seen the package. Aliexpress made no effort in such case, they didn't bother to even check where the package could be. You just loose your money. AVOID! Better to buy in Europe instead of this scam.

I ordered items and waited long enough. I receive notification its been delivered at 5am. My local post office doesnt work at that time nor did they receive any parcel. Tracming number provided is fake as it doesnt come up anywhere. Have tried to reason for a refund but their dispute process and case management team have been very unreasonable and unplessant to deal. Never again and strongly advise to stay away from aliexpress. Bunch of scammers. Stole my money and neber delivered my items.

AliExpress is absolutely THE WORST ever! Especially the online service from their website. They keep asking the exact same question over and over with no assistance or help not so ever.

Quality of product you receive is very bad that is IF YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE THEM. Many times you order and you never receive anything.

After exhaustive efforts to send pictures of the damaged guitar on their website that restricted content, and Ali Express accepting that the manufacturer was in error, they indicated that the manufacturer wanted the guitar returned to them before the issue could be resolved, at my expense. Ali's website allows the manufacturer to place the responsibility of the return of damaged goods on the purchaser. This is the catch 22. The cost of returning the guitar to China was $800. Excedding it's value.

Bought a phone and have been having problems with my battery. The phone is still under warranty and I've talked to like a gazillion support agents and there is no solution. They dont care, they just wont repair and refund for repair services. Never again.
