I ordered an item at the beginning of June from Ali express, the company I ordered from wrote the wrong address on my package even though I had given them the address to deliver to. I told the seller that they did and they told me no I didn't I pointed out what the didn't put on it compared to what I wrote in as my address. I sent a message to the ali express customer service and did I live chat explaining to them they basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and I have to wait until august 9 th for them to do something about it. I message and message for help even trying the seller to help me! I got no help from the seller I got no help from ali express. Now I have dispute the order since august 9th is over and they're telling me I have to wait long to see if I will get the package. Its over 2 months now and yet they still will do nothing for me. I would advise anyone to buy anything from this company. Customer service is Horrible, the seller's are unprofessional. I cant even give a star ali express isn't worth it. DONT BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS! You will regret dealing with this company. I have also created a complain with the consumer investigations unit of Alberta. That's how bad my experience has been.

This site is terrible. I've ordered clothes & shoes... what a mistake! The quality terrible, with poorly sewn items, including uneven hems & shoddy seams, as well as damage on the product such as glue marks & scratches. When trying to get a refund, don't even bother. The sellers don't seam to care & AliExpress sides with them. Sizes for clothes are always smaller than listed (I go by actual inches/cms, not by typical sizing). I was told "Because the product is only partially damaged, you only get a partial refund" as though I would wear a dress shoe that's covered in scratches & glue marks. I got less than 10% refund. You can return it for a full refund, but shipping costs are on the buyer no matter if the fault is the seller's & you MUST provide tracking proof. In Canada, this usually means that shipping costs more than the product itself. Customer service is a joke. Not only is it extremely difficult to get a hold of an actual person, but they lie. I was promised a full refund by one, which I never received. Then the next told me something different... which also never happened. Garbage company. If you want to take chances with quality like this, go to Wish. At least they refund quickly & hassle-free.
I have been buying from Alliexpress and was happy with their service but there are suppliers such as Night Princess 999 store. They are crooks who will take your money and never deliver your item. They don't even respond and Alliexpress will not help you once if dispute out of 15 days period. Sineborn store, Tian Yu store also have a bad service
I ordered a backpack - how difficult can it be to put together a back pack? Apparently much more so than one would think. The stitching was uneven, the quality very poor. Even for a child - the thing should at least hold together for longer than a day! AND - they refused to refund my money when I sent them photos of the errors. Shady company.

I purchased a wireless headphone shipped to me completely dead. I went through the dispute process not thing come out. AliEpress and seller is running around and refused to refund me or accept the return of this product. I lost $19.60 but a good lesson learn. Do buy or deal with anyone from China? There is no rule there and the US government consumer protection agency can't do anything to Chinese company that scamming U. S citizen.
Credit card works fine, bank did NOT decline it like the website claims. They wont even take my $#*!ing money, but they'll double the items in my cart, and then try and make me verify my identity for the HOPES of being able to buy. HA not happening, suck a $#*! worst $#*!ing website ever.
After 45 days of waiting for their resolution center, and 4 hours of chatting, they did not solve the interruption of my IPTV services by the seller, after 6months of use only, but they collect upfront for a complete year. It's a big scam! I will never buy from AliExpress.
Their chat customer services workers are the most illogic, cut from this world without any reasoning nor common senses.

The screen arrived without original packaging and screen protector was not new. This started alarm bells ringing straight away. The screen spec was different from ordered and was not working at all. Ali express complaint process was non-existent and no support whatsoever. Refused to take item back or any refund. Was promised multiple times they would email and all would be ok. All lies from each and every Ali express staff member. Stay away from these dirty lying scammers.
The product was not compatible with the phone( No sufficient specs on the website concerning compatibility)
Received the product just in the time mentioned by sale.
After two answers on my complaint, no more reply from AliExpress and or sellers.

Paid for ($284) a guitar with beautifull wood texture, really sharp guitar, placed order waited 3 weeks, received the guitar and totally different than what I ordered.
Contacted seller who informed me all wood texture is different, therefore no all guitars look the same. I sent a picture of received guitar to seller, but they acted like you bought it, so... Received a nice guitar, not what I orderd, would not have ordered this guitar if I knew i would receive a different one.
I ordered some silicone cups 3 months ago from Aliexpress. They work great so I ordered again one month ago. They look the same color but made from different material by different manufacture. I request refund but the seller (Hong, Hummim of Sumiwish store) said that I have to pay the shopping and it is very expensive.
AliExpress or the seller in China return and refund policy is very different than Amazon.
Process ur order and then after some time will cancelled ur order, retain ur money for days and then will give you supposedly full refund except that they'll apply fees to that and u end up getting less money that u originally paid for

They said they don't have the color is requested for another type of sellers choice but same color is still can't get my order is put in a dispute to return my money still no positive feedback even when the customer representative promise to get back to me he did not. Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
