I ordered some items last year and most came within 40 days. Problem was that most of the clothes were the wrong size.
Last 3 monthes, about 10 orders - 7 have not arrived awell after 60 days, i was close to 90, if you dont file a dispute you never get a refund. Even then aliexpress service is completely inconsistent
Only buy using epacket cuts time to about 14 days and you can track it.
Not holding out alot of hope for aliexpress. Too bad, had lots of potential.

For some reason every-time i buy from aliexpress i am getting fake tracking #'s when i contact aliexpress customer service to open dispute. All of a suuden the seller updates the correct tracking # information. I had a lot of times seller asking me to conform i received the goods before they shipped the merchandise. Do never i repeat do never do that. Only conforim that you received the goods when you actually received them and its working as expected
Bad service on Aliexpress, sellers hardly reply back at you, you can not know the availability of a product and the colors available for some products except if the seller replies back at you, the word contact seller or contact us is not always available from my experience with Aliexpress' s site, You don't do retails for a product I want and maybe for some other products :(
I bought 5 guitar preamps from a retailer on aliexpress, all 5 were faulty, just useless fakes. Never had replacement nor refund. Aliexpress customers service told me they gonna do something, I sent them evidences of the defects and a letter from Fishman, the brand that had been counterfeited, prooving it all. But nothing ever came. And the shop is still selling the exact same crap to the whole world without any problem while aliexpress perfectly knows it's crookery... so don't trust the rates and reviews on aliexpress plateform, they are obviously fakes.
Ordered two items from Aliexpress never received items, will not refund. Total of $84.59 paid with PayPal. They claim it was delivered and signed for. They cannot show a signature.

I tried to order shoes for my son and ordered size 6.5 kids and they send me size 8 womens. Did they fit?... yes. But these were the Lebron 10 wtf mvp's so they have hearts on them! So i contact seller and they try to say it was my fault and offered me 10 dollars off. Or I could pay shipping to send them back for refund. And with the cost to ship back to china, I would still be screwed out of my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Don't deal with these people. Period. Don't get sucked into made in China products that are inferior and that will cost you $100-150 to return when you see it's bad news and want a refund. BUY AMERICAN IF YOU CAN EVER FIND SOMETHING! Don't help the Chinese run their horrible country.
After i did a purchase it didnt appear in my orders list. The seller is asking for the order nr. But there isnt any order, only payment. Spent hours trying to figure out what is going on, no result. There also zero communication. The risk buing there is great, i suggest dont spend more than 2-3 dollars per buy. Any issue is extremely difficult to be resolved. Don't be fooled of any cheap stuff or good service you ve had in the past (like i did) sooner or later you 'll get scammed!

I love shopping on aliexpress, I buy a lot almost every month, but I am very careful on the seller I select. In my experience Aliexpress's costumer service is very efficent, they always solve very fast the disputes whenever I've had trouble and they have to interfere it's been helpful and satisfactory for me and the seller.

To be honest initially I had some success using Aliexpress, however despite reading sellers reviews which I now wholeheartedly beleive to be fake, i had a number of issues with rubbish product, no product at all or wrong product sent. The website offers money back in the event of a dispute. I opened disputes in all 8 of my cases, and was told I would recieve total refunds,, thats where it ends-you never receive your refund or item. I had abusive and threatening messages from sellers because I dared to post actual images of the utter rubbish recieved. Long and short,, read reviews, be mindful of fake reviews explaining how wonderful the site is,, you pay your money and you u take ypur chance. My advice avoid like the plague. Customer service,, they have none.
The hair i ordered started to shed after 1 week of having and when i contacted them to get a refund they wouldnt give it to me until i close the dispute and give them a 5 star review them once i said no i will close the dispute but will not give a reviewthey tried to split my refund in half and say once i leave a review they will send the rest. I have ordered a fair bit from this site recently, I have ALWAYS received my items or have ended up getting refunded without any hassles.
However.
Shipping is dreadfully slow. Expect to wait at least a month or longer for your items.
ALWAYS check seller feedback ( less then 10 is a no go zone for me)
ALWAYS check to see how long they've been selling for. If they're too new it's fishy.
ALWAYS read the print in the descriptions as they may not match up with the photos and prices.
NEVER buy anything over $100 unless you're a serious risk taker and are certain.
BE AWARE that branded items will be knockoffs same goes with the electronics. You will most likely end up with some cheap tinny thing.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Most of the products have come as advertised. The problem is with aliexpress itself. You CANNOT get help with an order. You cannot ever reach a live person. The email function for the site is unclickable. If a seller feels like not honoring your dispute, you have zero recourse through aliexpress. I have done a TON of business but am done. I paid $30 for cabochons in a really unique range of colors and they showed up the same 'ol cheap beads. Couldn't get my money back unless I spend a small fortune (more than I paid for the flowers) to send them back. You are 100% at the seller's mercy and for that, beware.
The price STARTED OFF AS GOOD. However I used Paypal (for security) which was paid off by my Credit Card. Because Aliexpress classifies themselves AS A BANK (saves sellers a few cents) Capital one look at it as a BANK TRANSFER, charging me a $10.00 "Cash Advance Fee" (which they give to banks but not merchants) along with a $. 50 Interest charge on the $16.01 purchase, almost doubling it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with Aliexpress to get this corrected, as there is no method of communicating directly with them, and they do not let you know this will happen. Simply in your head know that they will add about $10.00 to the cost of your order.
