I bought a product from Aliexpress on 11/12/23. On 01/16/24 I received a message that the package I was actually expecting in February could not be delivered without explaining why.
However, since I did not receive any prior notification of the delivery date, neither was the package left at my door, nor was there any message on the Internet, at the door or in the mailbox regarding the pick-up of the product after the failed delivery, I doubt that the delivery attempt really happened.
I contacted Aliexpress customer service, but they refused to return the amount (55 euros) and suggested that I contact the post office. They were surprised when they found out that there are more post offices there.
I wrote on Trust Pilot. No one bothered to answer me. However, someone from the entire Aliexpress delivery chain could have answered me at which post office the package was left, if it was left of course.
Neither Aliexpress nor the shipping company have any plans to do anything. The supplier must launch an investigation, they say. But since he has already taken his money, he no longer shows any sign of life.

I have used AliExpress for many years and was pleased so far. They never had real customer service but their policies and practise was protecting buyers. However, they recently changed their polices regarding buyer protection and it is total disaster for buyers. If there is any issue with order, they direct you to return product, which is fine, But you have to pay to ship it back with NO guarantee, no protection, none whatsoever, that seller will reimburse you when you return an item. At best, Aliexp. Says they will give you a "COUPON" for shipping costs? But I do NOT want coupon, what if I do not want to buy anything on Aliexpress again - why would I want coupon? If item costs $10, my return shipping fee would be $50 - $60. So I would be out of pocket for $50 - $60 with coupon I will not use.

All the 10 agents I spoke with were disgustingly reasuring that they guaranteed my refund, and the refund and appeal were all rejected with ZERO proof on their part. They wasted a good 3 hours of my time calling every delivery service and talking to their lying agents to STEAL MY MONEY.

So I ordered machine parts about a month ago and finally got an email from Aliexpress stating that my address was wrong. The only information they have was the city/zip code from my address. When I contacted the seller, they told me to contact Aliexpress. Then, Aliexpress tells me to contact the seller. So they are basically "kicking the can down the road" in hopes I will just go away. They are wrong! I want my money back!

I revived an empty package from a seller. Went through the dispute process. Ali said they would step in at the end to help but all they do is say they reviewed the case and agree with the seller no refund. Closed my account and no longer do any business with them. In contrast Amazon goes out of their way to resolve disputes. They are Micky Mouse and have a lot to learn.
Seems like such a scam! I just ordered a simple item and the hoops I had to jump through to "track" the order was ridiculous! I purchased a cycling jersey. I used the included sizing chart. What arrived was labeled as the size in the chart, however, the actual jersey was not even close. I sent a request for refund and included the picture they requested which included the size label. They declined the refund because they said it did not include the size label. When I tried to appeal the decision the link took me to a dead end. Obviously they don't care about repeat business.
I ordered a gift for my son in November and was told it would arrive by Dec. 6th. That day came and went. The seller wouldn't respond other than to say it had shipped. The tracking number wouldn't work. When I contacted Ali Express they wouldn't help with issue. They wouldn't give me a refund. I contacted PayPal and they would issue a refund because Ali Express told them I had gotten the item. I hadn't. Then finally on Jan 3rd after Christmas a package arrived and low and behold my missing item that was supposed to be a Christmas give to my son arrived. So I guess now I just wait til next year because I had already gotten a different gift from a more reputable source for my son. Just disgusting customer service and no compensation for my troubles. I do not at all recommend this Chinese run company. (I discovered later that it was Chinese.)
I've had many good purchases from Aliexpress, but whenever anything went wrong they handled it so badly that I no longer feel safe to buy from them any more. I've received broken items they wouldn't refund me for, and once I never received an item that they refused to refund me for.
Unless you read the sites return and refund policy prior to ordering and think it is like any other international order... STOP! THEY ARE NOT! I learned hard way. I ordered a phone case with tax that was less than $5 USD. I rejected delivery and returned to sender. (I returned phone it went to do to glitches). That is not good enough. You have to go on site file a dispute and then it is up to vendor if they want to refund you. Mine says sure but you as customer are paying return shipping. I said I most certainly am not. It is cheap for them to ship to USA, not cheap to ship back to China. So, not knowing this is how it worked because no other international site I have ever purchased from works this way. So, I don't have item, got charged for item and they want to charge me for item that has already been sent back by rejecting delivery, plus want me to pay return postage. It remains to be seen if I will be charged $40 for return shipping for a $4.84 phone case. My suggestion is but else where even if it cost $15 instead of $4.48 because a reputable company would not make you jump through hoops for a package you never even opened.

Do not use this company. They have already screwed me twice. I ordered 400 yellow leds and I received blue ones. Their fix was to offer me $1.00 or I can pay for return shipping and get a coupon for the shipping price. They are in China and they know they can do what ever they want and get away with it. My other order was marked shipped, I waited and waited watching the tracking of it. Told me it would be delivered on the 5th and on the 6th the company cancelled my order. The item never shipped.
