I have ordered many things from Ali, everything was fine. This time they sent my item on a wrong address. I try to connect to the customer service, an employee says it's so called "High team" question which connect to you within 24 hours. 72 hours passed still nothing...
I placed an order with AliExpress because they promised faster delivery of the same small item than other sites promised. Two months later, it has not been delivered. They want me to wait another six weeks before claiming a refund and, in the meantime, are communicating only a screen shot in their tracking system that indicates "delivered." While the tracking system for the last-mile carrier indicates "returned to sender." Never again!
The site might be legit but their "buyer protection" is a joke. Sellers will keep sending nonsensical responses to a dispute until the protection expires. I hope the credit card operators will eventually run out of patience and stop abetting this tiresome scam.
Not sure why their is so many negative votes for this company, I bought a pair of shoes online from here before, very fast delivery considering i live in the UK, and at a reasonable price too so i cant complain. Would recommend!
I purchased a glass globe which arrived, reduced to shards, in a bubble wrap envelope. I agreed to a replacement provided it was properly packaged, but it never arrived and I have been unable to get a refund from the seller. This happened over the course of several months. If your Buyer Protection has expired and you have not received the goods, AliExpress will not help. Too late to open a dispute', is their response. Despite the many happy, smiling faces they display, Customer Service is obviously a computer, it just gives set answers to set questions and if your problem does not fit those questions, hard luck. After many successful purchases and a few not so good, I have decided not to shop with them again.
I have been making tens of online purchases, amazingly trouble-free for a few years now, and even in the couple of incidents where things went less than expected, the buyer protection and dispute handling was really excellent!
I have been a user of this Ali for quite sometime and among others, I shop here because of trust.
You can sleep with your two eyes closed knowing that Ali has got your back if the seller ships goods not as described.
Store CCTV PRO. Purchased a camera that lasted less than a year. No satisfaction thru their customer service. Blacklisted me rather than try to solve the problem. I have had good results with other suppliers thru Aliexpress
I ordered a radio for my truck. Two weeks later they tell me can't ship because they need more money that's a joke I never every buy from this company my first order I don't get there fault they lost customer over 30 dollars that was there fault. Don't list something for one price then turn around ask for more money that's fraud
99% sellers are very easy to deal with and will sort issues if any come up.
If for any reason you have an issue you can contact the seller or open a dispute which is last resolution unless seller is unhelpful.
Much prefer Aliexpress than EBay these days
Even though we provide all detail photos to prove all pieces are defected, and totally unusable. Aliexpress still say they worth something and don't care to explain how they come out the 30% value. Now I get it, the 30% is seller's bottom line. Aliexpress makes sure that the seller won't lose money no matter what they send you. After discover this dark truth of how aliexpress run their business, do you feel safe shopping at aliexpress?
I bought a tablet for 125 USD from them and wrapped it as a gift. It was opened 3 weeks later. Item worked for an hour before it stopped working. Tried to resolve with seller and got the run around for 2 months. Customer service was just as useless and kept lying to me, making promises then saying sorry for the misunderstanding. I would say don't spend any amount unless you can afford to loose it. Worst place to buy ever... I would recommend Gearbest, better products and cheaper and better policies too. Aliexpress less one 1 star.
I can be fun buying cheap junk, but really you are just wasting money. Don't ever buy usb sticks or micro sd cards on this site. Every one I bought was fake. Also, do not buy clothes. I got t-shirts with adult body and child sleeves, or one sleeve was a different size, just crazy. You can find cheap stuffed animals for kids and some decent dog toys, that's about it.
Basically when it comes to AliExpress, you get what you pay for. The items are very cheap and shipping is usually free, and the quality is reflected in the price. I have ordered over 30 items and only once did an order not arrive -- I placed a dispute and got my money back. I have a policy of not spending more than $10 because otherwise it's not worth the risk, be it clothing, accessories, trinkets, etc. I've seen many negative reviews here from people who have purchased electronics from AliExpress and were not satisfied with their purchases. These people are idiots for expecting to buy a good quality smartphone for 30 bucks. So my advice to Ali shoppers is not to spend too much money, to read customer reviews and double check seller ratings, and expect 3 months for delivery
I have always avoided ordering from this site just because of other reviews that I have read. I finally bit the bullet and ordered just a couple items to see if they would actually come. Not only did they come but they came before the ETA, they were exactly as they were described, great quality and obviously great price.
When I ordered I miscounted the curtains that I needed so I went back and ordered the correct amount, same thing, great quality, extremely fast shipping and great price.
If have since ordered several other items from this website and it's all been the same experience.
If you have been hesitant from ordering from them because it just seems to be a too good too be true price - don't it's actually real with good quality.
Please note that AliExpress is a company that provides sales services via web portals; mostly for small Chinese businesses offering products to international online buyers. So if you are happy or unhappy with one specific seller, it doesn't really say anything about the next one.
I just received a smart phone "Elephone G1" from the seller "Electronics Park". It is a very nice phone at just USD 60. The service from the seller was excellent: they replied (by chat) within seconds and the phone was shipped within 24 hours after order. Freight charge with online tracking service was included in the price.
This is not the first year I have been shopping at Aliexpress. Here are friendly and attentive sellers who are always ready to help any buyer. Here you can more accurately choose the goods with the necessary parameters than in Ukrainian online stores.
This company does not use reputable stores and refunds are hard to get and take a very long time. Not one of the clothing items I purchased was worth a crap, and trying to have any kind of direct dialogue with them about their poor business practice is impossible. Please don't buy anything from this online crook
Everything started out fine. Received order confirmation and shipping updates. Then it arrived. Actually never arrived! Apparently the shipper sent it to the wrong address! And they don't tell you who the shipper is or how to contact them! Filed a dispute. That part was ok, but still waiting up to 3 days for a refund. Re-shipping the item wasn't an option. On top of that we ordered a 60" Bench and the delivery confirmation picture was a box approximately 10"x10"x3"…inches not feet! Doll furniture? Never will order from Ali Express again.
Throw the Dice when you order from this site. Sellers are ok as long as everything works. However, when there is a problem, the nightmare begins. Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
