A hardbound book ("Fine, like new") was ordered. Instead a paperback was sent, and it was not in "fine" shape.The merchant had a best listing on Alibris as well. This order was, in all respects except shipping time (1 week), a disaster. No more orders from me.

One thing I would point out is the free shipping doesn't reflect in your price until after you go through validating your payment method. Could be a little confusing if you have never ordered before.
