I would like to be able to see more then one picture of the item I'm buying, witch you don't seem to offer customers. And I couldn't change the shipping charge on one order even though the seller said I could pick my shipping charge. Otherwise I liked my shopping experience.

Absolutely terrible customer response. Zero response after several emails of being ignored. False advertisements, random cancellations of my order, overall very disappointed after having to pay extra to re gain my books that were cancelled abruptly.

The only glitch was not being sure I would get free shipping till after entering payment information, which made me worry it would be too late to fix once the order was placed. Now I know not to worry, but it could scare a newcomer from completing the order. No harm, so you still get five stars.
