I have ordered this novel 4 times now, and each time I receive an email in a couple of days that says the order has been cancelled. I'm thinking this may be because I am shipping the book to a friend who happens to be in a prison. What am I missing? I have been in contact with your customer service, and the advice is to contact the seller in advance and then ask if the mail to prisons, but that is harder than one might think, becasue it's not automatically transparent which book, in a long list, I have ordered. The point is that if there is something I don't understand about book sellers being reluctant to mail to prisons, then I could end up have a series of contacts with sellers over the course of a month or more.
After the first couple of disks, the beginning of each new disk stuttered and took minutes to get thru but eventually i could watch the main program.
