You guys wait too long to send this rating email. I mostly have forgotten the experience, because I order so many separate orders from you. If I had a bad experience I would remember, but otherwise I just feel fine about my orders, but getting specific is not possible!

I purchased the two-volume set of "Lewis's Medical-Surgical Nursing: Assessment and Management of Clinical Problems," and it was delivered in about a week. The book cover was in good condition and with correct labels. Great buy!

I got a coupon in with my last order for "ROAD" $1 off. It says "expires Sep 1,2025," but ordering it says "sorry that coupon has expired." The exact same thing happened the last time I ordered a book with a coupon received with another book: clearly marked as valid but upon ordering "sorry that coupon has expired." That earlier event was a coupon marked to expire on July 1, and the order was placed on June 23.

Shipping charges are awful high for some of the CD's. Better return policy for CD's bought as gifts.
