The amount of flipping back and forth/changing pages/opening new tabs necessary to place a large order is extremely annoying. The website is badly designed. My problem is *not*, repeat, NOT with Alibris' service in terms of books but in terms of the horrible website user experience. Thank you.

I love supporting small dealers and for that reason this site is great. I was once sent a 5 dollar book instead of a $30 dollar album and they didn't rectify it, which is very disappointing. Also their coupon system is misleading.
