Well organized, but I had forgotten how to use the search for the particular book and it took awhile for me to remember the routine... now, everything is OK!
Getting the billing address set to different than the shipping one was not straightforward. Had to repeat steps.

Quite good overall. Only downgraded by one star because site left doubt that the free shipping would be recognized until very late in process.
